Special Operations Forces Command[1] (特种作战司令部, Командование сил специальных операций; KCCO, KSSO) or Regular Army (正规军) were a Soviet special forces and a sub branch of the Neo-Soviet Army, later terrorist organization, and were the supporting, later second antagonistic faction of Girls' Frontline. KCCO's true objective was to tear up the peace treaty between Neo-Soviet Union and Pan-European Alliance, to reignite World War Three and make the Neo-Soviet Union the final victor of the war. Their plan was foiled by the Bureau of State Security and Griffin & Kryuger.
Under General Carter's command, KCCO were made up of highly trained human veterans, most of which survived the World War Three. This include military-grade robots and drones, vehicles, and mechs. In fact, their mechanical units were much more than their human soldier, that's why the Commander and Griffin's T-Dolls only encountered KCCO's mechanical units.
