The Reverse Collapse: Code Name Bakery Soundtrack is available in MP3 and WAV format as a separate purchase on Steam, and is included in the Digital Deluxe Edition of the game. It includes 65 tracks named after various medical terms.
Strangely, despite Girls' Frontline, Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium and Project Neural Cloud reusing the victory theme of Codename: Bakery Girl, Reverse Collapse does not reuse it for its victory theme.

Tacenda lyrics
It was a summer day
Clouds dreamily moved
Sky turned to gray and dim
Such an ordinary night in June
That I realize what I can see
Is never what I touch
I try to take it all
My name, my birth, why am I here
Sword in my hand
Reminds me not a fake
I try to take it though
Remaining fire in my heart
Is waiting for a redemption
No longer a chorus
From now on but a lonely
A sinner condemned to death
No right to refuse or flee
But you still staying by my side
Even I don't belong here
I try to take it all
Where I'm leaving for is full of suffering
Inevitable? Or one of my faults?
I try to take it though
Your voice in my head is so clear
Keep telling me please don't go
It's you still staying by my side
Even I don't belong here
I try to take it all
Where I'm leaving for is full of suffering
Inevitable? Or one of my faults?
I try to take it though
Your voice in my head is so clear
Keep telling me please don't go
