A template used to norm the way sources in the franchise are cited.

Citations are often used when adding a reference to a text like this:

Parameters

Parameter name Required? Default value Description
Anonymous parameter 1 Yes (n/a) The source referenced. This can be one of the following:
Anonymous parameter 2 No (n/a) A parameter used to further describe the source. It is in most use cases a free-form parameter but should contain the following:
  • For Project Neural Cloud, the story part or event part number, using the same format as Girls' Frontline
  • For Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, it can be free-form, but should use the following for story and event parts:
    • For main story, the chapter code (examples: 3-1, SL-2-1)
    • For main events, either the name of the associated Doll or the chapter number
      • Amidst Wings of Gray (8.3, daiyan)
      • Bitter Thorns and Daisies (8.7, centaureissi, reissi)
      • Intertwined Assault (12.5, lenna)
      • Vestigial Display (jiangyu)
      • Rhapsody Quartet (makiatto)

    • For Battlefield Echoes, Classified Briefings, Dusty Memories and Dusty Journal, include the title of the entry
    • For character profiles, including Memories and Private Meeting Logs, include character name and title of the entry
    • For Artifact Recovery stories, specify the path and either ending or encounter title
    • Use free-form with details of how to access the material and provide links when possible for all other materials (Crew Deck interactions, Coordination Drill, item and enemy descriptions, loading screen tips)
Anonymous parameter 3 No (n/a) Used in conjunction with Girls' Frontline and Girls' Frontline 2 event titles
  • For events, to add the part number, or part title if the event is non-sequential
  • Can also be used to add a description for main story and events
