Strategies
Like Klukai, Voymastina will cause large AoE damage at high fortification levels. At v3, she becomes able to deal map-wide damage before the first turn of battle. At v6, this turn 0 damage becomes high enough to complete basic maps without even entering turn 1. This is even stronger with buffs from Yoohee and Lainie.
Weapon Background
Lore / Story involvement
Like AN-94/Alva, AK-15 changed her name because of the renewed scrutiny over Task Force DEFY by various interest groups after they became semi-independent from Statesec. Her decision to stop acting as a mere emotionless “weapon” as she thought Shaw wanted, combined with her confusion over RPK-16's actions and AK-12's departure, has made her more emotional, with Alva instead becoming the more rational member of DEFY. Her appreciation for strong drinks like pepper vodka remains unchanged. She thinks the only human left worthy of commanding DEFY is the Commander. Her exoskeleton, “Executioner” (断罪者), was custom-made for her by Nele.[2]

Trivia
- Voymastina was first teased in March 2025 during the Deep Oblivion preview stream in the form of her mech's gun. Her actual silhouette was first shown in the 1st Anniversary livestream along with Alva, Leva, Qiuhua, Yoohee and Nikketa. Her full reveal along with Alva was during the Corposant reveal stream.
- Her name can be rendered as Воймастина in Cyrillic, combining the words for "howl" and "mastiff" in a feminine declension, based on her skills from the first game ("Eye of the White Mastiff" and "Blood-Curdling Howl"). Mo's official Q&A claims it means "tank".[2]
