''An Interesting Product Proposition''
Commander, an underground broker I know recently launched a new product. You know, those mystery box sets where you don't know what you've bought until you open the package. Sounds super exciting, right? This isn't just about satisfying shopping cravings. I've done the math, and if you buy enough of them, statistically, you can break even or even make a profit by reselling the high-value items inside. So, Commander, how about assigning me some high-paying missions? We've got a golden opportunity to improve the Elmo's financial situation right in front of us. Don't say I never warned you!
Come on, Commander, you wouldn't turn down this foolproof money-making scheme, would you?

Commander, the batch of items I bought has arrived.
I've opened a few, and they're all sorts of quirky things, like a communication terminal that can grill meat, an umbrella that lets you experience rain, and so on...It's quite interesting, and I quite like them, but Senior Nagant said I was wasting money. I've already done an initial screening and consigned some items that look like they could turn a profit to underground brokers for resale. While they might not be useful in the contamination zone, they could be appealing to the young ladies and gentlemen in the White and Green zones. Senior just doesn't understand my good intentions.
For me, shopping is about buying an experience. As long as it's money I've earned through my own efforts, I can use it however I want, right? It's all about making myself happy and being able to relax~
Oh, Commander, I've left some items aside. Would you like to take a look? If there's anything you like, consider it a gift~ Oh my - if the Commander can put them to good use, Senior Nagant won't have anything to say about it, right?

Stechkin Story Quotes

"We're not at an optimal state yet, commander."

This article is a stub. You can help us by expanding it (check our quick editing guide and how to guides).

For the related character in Project Neural Cloud, see Ksenia/Story.
Though several characters from Project Neural Cloud are implied or confirmed to be the same as the related character in Girls' Frontline (and in some cases Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium), their ultimate fate is currently unknown. To account for the possibility that the Neural Cloud versions may become strongly distinct instances from the Girls' Frontline versions, the Story subpages are kept separate.

Mail - Sweet Morning Greetings on White Day (Love Bakery)[edit]

Dear Commander,
Good morning! Aren't you happy to see me the moment you open the door in the morning? Judging by your look of dismay, I gather you've forgotten to get me a White Day gift? It's okay, I happen to have a wish; I hope you cna make it come true, and I'm sure it'll take you no effort whatsoever!
... D-Don't say no so fast! I'm not asking you to buy all the stuff I have in my shopping cart or to double my salary! There's something more important than money to me... All I want... is your ownership on White Day.
Wow, you agreed to it? So I really own you from head to toe today? Hooray! No backing out, okay? (Opens Grifchan) "Attention to those who want to spend White Day with the COmmander! I'm auctioning off the Commander's time hour by hour to the highest bidder!"
Heheh, I'll be raking in the big money! ... Hm? What's with the scowl? Won't you praise me for my impressive business acumen? Okay, okay, I'll give you 10% of the profit, no more! ... Huh? It's not about the money? What else could be the matter other than money?
Ah, could you be angry because I don't seem to treasure the opprtunity to spend time with you? Heheh, you misunderstand. I've obviously saved some of your time for myself...

Love,

Elmo's Wishing Well[edit]

Ksenia's Shopping Plan

An Interesting Product Proposition
