Gameplay
- Pentacles: Starting with 3 Pentacles, gain 1 Pentacle every 3 seconds, capping at 6 Pentacles.
- Swords: Consume 2 Pentacles to summon a Sword above 3 random enemies, dealing 999 points of damage in a small area. Each successful hit generates 2 Pentacles.
- Cups: Take no more than 999 points of damage for each hit. When HP falls below 50%, consume 1 Pentacle to gain a shield. Gain additional shield HP for every Pentacle in possesison.
- Wands: Consume 2 Pentacles to summon 2 clones, and increase the entire echelon's damage and evasion. After 10 seconds, the clones self-destruct, dealing AoE damage that scales with Dummy-Links and generating 1 Pentacle.
- Draw I: When HP falls below 80%, trigger one of the following effects at random:
- The Emperor: Reduce movement speed, rate of fire and accuracy for both sides.
- The Hierophant: Both sides summon front-row units to aid in battle.
- The Chariot: Both sides conduct artillery strikes.
- Draw II: When HP falls below 60%, trigger one of the following effects at random:
- The Lovers: Units on neither sides will lose Dummy-Links or die.
- The Hermit: Accuracy is significantly reduced for both sides.
- Temperance: Remove debuffs on both sides.
- Draw III: When HP falls below 30%, trigger one of the following effects at random:
- Death: Both sides take a massive amount of damage.
- The Devil: Both sides take corrosive damage.
- The Moon: Both sides regain their lost shields.
Lore / Story involvement
A strange entity of unknown nature who claims to be the Laplace's Demon. She took over the role of guardian of the relic space called Tarot Paradise to run a killing game in order to find suitable vessels for Lunasia's resurrection. While other characters refers to her as "it", the narration identifies Laplace's Demon as "she".
