Weapon Background[edit]
The IWS 2000 is an Anti-Materiel Rifle designed and produced by Steyr-Mannlicher AG of Austria that was designed during the mid 1980's.
Steyr-Mannlicher perceived a gap in the support weapon systems of the army, and in the mid-1980's began development on the 'Steyr AMR' program in order to fill this need. At the early stages of the AMR project, they envisaged a two-man single shot rifle which can fire up to a minimum of 1000 metres (1093.61 yd), and should have enough firepower and penetration to effectively engage everything lighter than a Main Battle Tank (Including helicopters). To achieve this, early on focus was placed on Armour-Piercing Discarding-Sabot (APDS) and Armour-Piercing Fin-Stabilised Discarding-Sabot (APFSDS), however, early in the project, they only put focus on APDS (Which required rifling). Early trials using 12.7mm (.50 cal) ammunition proved that APFSDS was a better choice over standard APDS as the fins provided greater stability in flight of the projectile, as a result, a small number of AMR 5075 rifles were built, the AMR 5075 used a 14.5mm cartridge in a smooth bore barrel. Further trials with the AMR 5075 caused the design to use 15.2mm APFSDS Cartridges and the project name changed to 'Infantry Weapon System 2000' or, IWS 2000.[1]
The IWS 2000 is a bullpup (magazine is rear of the action), single-shot Anti-Materiel Rifle (AMR) that fires a 15.2mm APFSDS (Amour Piercing Fin Stabilised Discarding Sabot) round out of a smoothbore barrel at 1,459 M/S (±10 m/s). The IWS 2000 uses a rare 'Long Recoil' action where the barrel and bolt remain locked together during recoil (10). The AMR is capable of penetrating 40mm of Rolled Homogenous Armour (RHA) at a distance of 1000m. The Rifle unloaded weighs 40 pounds (18kg) hence the capability to be diassembled into two pieces. The IWS 2000 uses a 10x magnification telescope. [2] [3]
The complete 15.2 mm APFSDS round weighs 150 g and is 207 mm long. The cartridge case (maximum diameter at the base is 26 mm) is of part-synthetic construction, conventional bottle-necked in form and carries a 20 g fin-stabilised tungsten dart projectile which has a muzzle velocity of 1,450 m/s ±10 m/s; the complete projectile assembly with its four sabot segments weighs 35 g. The projectile has a practical range of 1,000 m and a probable range of 1,500/2,000 m depending upon the type of target. At 1,000 m range the current projectile has been demonstrated to pierce 40 mm of RHA plate and the secondary fragmentation behind the plate is considerable. The high velocity bestows an exceptionally flat trajectory; the apogee at 1,000 m range is no more than 800 mm above the line of sight. [4]

Trivia
- Possesses an individual obtain rate lower than most T-dolls making her one the rarest T-Dolls currently craftable within her class.

- Her standard artwork appears as a poster in episode 6 of the 2022 anime adaptation.
- A drawing of RF Gepard M1Gepard M1Gepard M1 appears on the lantern of her Edelweiss costume. According to the costume's story, this is to celebrate Gepard's diligence, making AR AUGAUGAUG jealous.
