How to use

A DPS, but also functions like DaiyanDaiyan for teleporting Dolls (HatsuchiriHatsuchiri , NascitaNascita , BonnevilleBonneville ...), granting them the ability to crit with skills.

Background info

The OpsTec is a series of military test Dolls introduced by Svarog Heavy Industries in 2054. Its main function is to test combat optical camouflage technologies, which is still early in development and testing and is only outfitted to elite special forces for special ops and stealth assassination. Despite officially being a test series, only one OpsTec was produced and secretly put into the service of an important military VIP, who used it for covert operations. This VIP met its demise during a conflict in 2057 and OpsTec, nicknamed "Penumbra", was recovered by Svarog, who later enrolled him into Project Neural Cloud. In spite of unexpected complications, Penumbra successfully passed the acceptance test.

Before his introduction event, he was mentioned in Crisis Rescue Stage 3-1.
