Alcyone (雅希恩), nicknamed Ally, was a young Greater Sanctifier. She was hard-working and proud, but with a childish disposition and stature,^[1] and considered Electra her older sister.^[2] She fought with a bow and arrows and her main technique is called Judgement Arrow.

Story Involvement

Alcyone was combat-trained by Atlas.^[3] During the mission to infiltrate the Shifting Labyrinth, Alcyone was grouped with Electra and used her high mobility to harass the Entropics and draw their attention away from Atlas, Eosphorous and EosEos ' objectives,^[1] but they went in too far. Electra was critically wounded by Caina^[4] and Atlas died protecting them.^[5]

Alcyone lost her nerves after Atlas' death, suffered from a neural cloud breakdown and began questioning the authority of humans, but Eosphorous entrusted her with Atlas' Greater Sactifier badge to remind her of her position.^[6] After the Sanctifiers reached the Middle Ring and captured one of the Watchtowers generating an anti-Entropy Halo, Alcyone feigned to be the only one remaining in the tower and fought with Caina. She prevailed through her planning and with some assistance from Eos.^[7] She was left to tend to Electra while the others activated to the other Halo towers, but Electra had been infected with a Seed of Entropy and turned her into a High-Order Entropic.^[8] She attacked Alcyone to infect her with Entropy so they would both be immortal.^[9] Alcyone decided to sacrifice herself to reactivate the Halo tower: she allowed Electra to run her through and hacked her at close range, taking in her Entropy so she would momentarily recover her senses. Alcyone then reactivated the Halo tower, and killed Electra with an arrow.

Before dying, Alcyone said that her reincarnation would probably love chocolate since Electra had been constantly feeding it to her. Her reincarnation is without a doubt Eucharist.^[10]
