Background info[edit]
A Universal Anything Services Bodyguard SP model for private security. Like many other Dolls offered by Universal Anything Services, the Bodyguard SP is marketed to a small fraction of wealthy consumers, with a small production run and high price tag. The Bodyguard SP has had limitations on certain sensitive functions removed upon rollout to facilitate the performance of security duties in complex environments. However, Universal Anything has never acknowledged that fact due to the potential for legal or ethical controversies which might result. "The blade is both the way through which virtue is expressed and the tool by which evils are committed. But its morality, or lack thereof, lies in the decisions made by its wielder."[1][2]

- The text on Aki's clothes reads 百戦錬磨 (Hyakusen Renma), meaning “veteran”, and 森羅万象 (Shinra Banshō), a Buddhist term meaning “all of creation”. The emblem is a Japanese maple leaf, associated with the autumn leaf-peeping tradition of Momijigari also referenced in his second Neural Expansion and Aki's own name, which means “autumn” in Japanese.
- According to his profile, Aki wields the tachi called Shuten-kiri (酒吞切), which is a reference to the real-world Douji-kiri (童子切), said to have been used by the legendary Japanese warrior Minamoto-no-Raikou to kill the oni chieftain Shuten-Douji.
