Weapon Background

The SIG-510, also known as the Sturmgewehr 57, is a selective-fire battle rifle developed by Schweizerische Industrie Gesellschaft (SIG) during the Cold War. It entered into service with the Swiss Army in 1957, remaining in inventory until 1990.

Operating on a roller-delayed blowback mechanism, and using a 24-round box magazine, the SIG-510 is capable of firing at a rate up to 600 rounds per minute with an effective firing range of 800 meters. The SIG-510 was originally chambered for the 7.5×55mm GP 11 cartridge, though later variants intended for Chile and Bolivia were developed to chamber 7.62x51mm NATO cartridges.

The forearm grip of the SIG-510 is located near the receiver group, with a bipod integrated into the weapon near the muzzle. It includes a muzzle break to reduce recoil, and can also mount a bayonet or launch rifle grenades. The fixed buttstock is integrated with a buffer unit to further reduce the recoil.

After being retired from service, many SIG-510 units were refitted to only fire semi-automatic and sold on the civilian market, intended for firearms enthusiasts, hunters, and sport marksmen alike..

Lore / Story involvement

Several of her quotes suggest SIG-510 aspires to be a reliable and dependable soldier in G&K. In order to realize her dream, she trains herself constantly. Even though she appears to be a serious and straightforward person, she sometimes shows lack of confidence in herself and her own ability.

SIG-510 briefly appears during ^MG MG4MG4MG4's Neural Upgrade story. MG4 calls her from a random list of Dolls in an attempt to socialize, and SIG-510 panics thinking that a call from a stranger means she'll deliver some bad news.

Character Design

Comparing with her weapon's length, this T-Doll around 155-160cm tall. The general color theme for SIG-510 is purple, white, and brown. Her long and curvy orange hair provides an orange tint to her overall art.
