Research allows T-Dolls to improve their skills and Upgrade Equipment,
It is unlocked after the Commander reaches Level 12.
Skill Training[edit]
Training a T-Doll to improving their T-Dolls skill effects and it's activation rate.
Requires Training Data that is acquired from data collection missions. It is also gained via random drop points.
To start, tap on an empty slot and select the T-Doll you wish to train.
Research will be completed when the timer hits 00:00:00
The amount and level of training data required for T-Doll skill training varies based on the level of the skill.
Unlike for T-Dolls, the amount of data used for skill training fairies depends on the kind of fairy being trained.
Now unlike both the T-dolls and Fairies, HOC's possess 3 skills which require training, not only do they cost a significant amount of data and the fact that all 3 skills must be trained individually, they also require batteries to do skill training. Skill's 2 and 3 have the same amount of data costs as well as the same skill training times, whereas Skill 1 costs double the data and time to complete their skill training.
Equipment Enhancement[edit]
Equipment of 3 star or above rarity may be enhanced through the expenditure of other equipment and resources. It is unlocked after clearing Chapter 1-4 Night.
Equipment Calibration[edit]
Equipment base stat values may be improved through calibration via the expenditure of calibration tickets and resources. It is unlocked after clearing Chapter 2-4 Night.
Fairy Enhancement[edit]
Fairy Enhancement, similarly to Equipment Enhancement, can be performed through the expenditure of fairies and resources. It is unlocked after the player produces their first fairy from Heavy Equipment Production.
Fairy Calibration[edit]
Fairy talents may be changed through calibration via the expenditure of 60 calibration tickets per calibration and resources. It is unlocked alongside Fairy Enhancement.
Below is a list of all the talents you can possibly obtain from re-calibrating fairies:
Silver Talent | Gold Talent | Effect |
---|---|---|
Damage I | Damage II | Increases damage of the echelon by 12 ~ 15% |
Accuracy I | Accuracy II | Increases accuracy of the echelon by 20 ~ 25% |
Evasion I | Evasion II | Increases evasion of the echelon by 15 ~ 20% |
Armor I | Armor II | Increases armor of the echelon by 8 ~ 10% |
Critical I | Critical II | Increases critical rate of the echelon by 40 ~ 50% |
Fervor | Increases the current echelon's damage by 10% every 8s. Max 3 Stacks. | |
Charge | Increases SMG's damage by 8% and evasion by 12% | |
Assault | Increases AR's damage by 10% and RoF by 8% | |
Aim | Increases RF's damage by 8% and RoF by 10% | |

Suppressive | Increases MG's damage by 10% and Accuracy by 15% | |
Keen | Increases HG's evasion by 10% and critical rate by 30% |
Below is a table showing the percentage chance of these talents activating in battle, As your fairy increases in rarity, so does the percentage chance of the talent activating:
Talent Type | 1 Star | 2 Star | 3 Star | 4 Star | 5 Star |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Silver | 30 ~ 40% | 50 ~ 60% | 70 ~ 80% | 90% | 100% |
Gold | 20% | 40% | 60% | 80% | 100% |
Neural Upgrade[edit]
The Neural Upgrade system (or Digi-mind upgrade) is unlocked when the player reaches Commander Level 60.
Certain T-Dolls may undergo neural upgrade, colloquially known as "modding". There are three stages that can be progressively unlocked, each of which unlocks additional benefits. To date, the bonuses granted by all neural upgrades have followed a specific pattern:
Level | Benefits |
---|---|
Mod 1 | Increases level cap to 110. Increases star rarity, increases buff tile coverage and/or buff value, improves skill multiplier numbers, and increases base stats. |
Mod 2 | Increases level cap to 115. Unlocks a 2nd skill which must be trained separately and increases base stats. |
Mod 3 | Increases level cap to 120. Provides a 5 star equipment exclusive to that T-Doll, increases the affection cap for oathed T-Dolls from 150 to 200, unlocks a special skin for the T-Doll which replaces their default costume (Old CG can still be picked and will retain previous voice lines during sorties), and increases base stats. |
Unlocking each new modification stage requires that the T-Doll meets certain level and affection requirements, and consumes cores and memory fragments according to the table below. After unlocking Mod 1, oathed T-Dolls gain experience at double the normal rate, including experience gained from auto-battles, combat simulations, or combat reports.
