Weapon Background[edit]
The Smith & Wesson Model 327 is a scandium alloy framed revolver chambered in .357 Magnum.[1]
In 2003, the Smith & Wesson Performance Center produced a variant of the Smith & Wesson Model 627 that featured a scandium alloy frame, as well as a titanium cylinder and barrel shroud. This revolver was originally marketed as the Model 327SC, with the 'SC' standing for 'scandium'. Due to the fact that all later Model 327s feature a scandium frame, this first variant is now often referred to as the '327 Carry'.
The variant of of the M327 featured in Girls' Frontline appears to be the M327 M&P R8. This version was introduced in 2006 by the S&W Performance Center alongside another similar variant, the M327 TRR8. Both of these variants sport 5 inch barrels, steel cylinders, steel barrel shrouds, and feature accessory rails allowing the mounting of optics and lights. The M&P R8 version's rail is integral, and is one of the few revolvers in the world with an integral accessory rail. The rails on the TRR8 variant, meanwhile, are removable.
Character Background
A peculiar and melancholic young girl who always appears languid. Whether on the battlefield or in daily life, she drags along a suitcase filled with her collection of curiosities. She has a special fondness for plush toys and a habit of collecting broken dolls. She is inseparable from her tactical canine companion named "Cutie", who is so ferocious in combat it has to be reined in with a custom-made restraining device, which only ever comes off under special circumstances.
