Adjutant Lentine (兰汀副官) is the leader of the Omen special forces of Mangi Security Service, active in Eastern Europe in 2074. She's a gaunt, red-haired, chain-smoking woman with a strong tactical acumen and a ruthless approach to combat. Though she claims to not be bothered by the bad reputation Omen has gained due to their affiliation with Paradeus,[1] she's still bothered when faced with some of their experiments. She apparently participated in the Battle of Frankfurt in 2064, where the Commander left a strong impression on her.[2]

Some time after April 2074, Lentine's forces were deployed to the Yellow Zone to kill an artificial Boojum that escaped and attacked a nearby Green Zone, and destroy the traces of the FABN Group underground lab that produced it. The deployment was considered excessive[1] until ex-Griffin & Kryuger Tactical Dolls entered the battlefield to rescue the Commander, quickly killing 12 special forces soldiers and wounding 25 more before stealing one of their IFVs and breaking through Mangi's encirclement to leave by air. When Lentine noticed the Commander, she ordered her men to stop firing, but a rocket had already been launched toward the Commander's helicopter.[2] The rocket was taken down by Statesec snipers tasked with protecting the Commander,[3] and Lentine immediately started searching for information about the Commander from underground brokers, while ordered to blame the Boojum for the casualties.[2]

Some time later, she found the Elmo and launched an attack on it. Using regular Mangi troops to approach the vehicle, she gave the impression of trying to board it, causing the Commander to remotely direct the Elmo to a nearby pass where they hoped to prevent Mangi troops from entering. This was a trap set by Lentine, whose men already occupied the pass and cornered the Elmo's Dolls when they exited the vehicle.[4] By luck, the Commander and their Dolls arrived in time with an attack helicopter, forcing back the Mangi troops. Lentine initially thought she had won over the Commander and felt greatly frustrated by the setback, cursing her inability to outsmart them.[5]
