Lore / Story involvement

A mysterious and powerful Tactical Doll, Loreley excels at switching identities to accomplish her goals. Most of the time, she maintains an elegant and dignified demeanor, giving her a natural advantage in social interactions, intelligence gathering, disguise and deception. She doesn't carry any identifier of her current affiliation, but the first thing that should come to the mind of anyone taking a good look at her is “danger”.[1] She joined the Sixteenth Bureau of Statesec as a secret agent after a rigorous screening process.[2]

Trivia

  • Her name is a deliberate reference to the German water spirit accused for centuries of causing fluvial accidents around a certain rock bordering the Rhine river.[2]
  • In CN, her weapon model is called “Ingolf 50” (因戈尔夫50) as a de-trademarked version of “DSR-50”, based on the name of its designer, Ingolf Reuter.
  • Loreley was the winner of the second Glittering Starwish event in CN, scoring three times more points than Groza in second place.[3]
