The Jericho 941 is a double-action/single-action semi-automatic pistol developed by Israel Military Industries (now called Israel Weapon Industries) that was first released in 1990. The '941' in the handgun's name is a reference to the two calibers the Jericho was originally released in: the 9x19mm Parabellum and the much more powerful .41 Action Express. The Jericho's design was based on the venerable CZ-75 handgun designed in the Czech Republic, and shares many of its defining features: an all steel construction, good grip ergonomics, and a low bore axis.
