A T-Doll who's both dangerous and cute. She fights with a nimble and unconventional style. In the ten years since she left Griffin & Kryuger, she's refused to take order from anyone but the Commander and lived independently in the Yellow Zone. Her chaotic lifestyle has seeped into her core and made it into a bomb that could go off at any time. She could utterly destroy the world, or be a magnificent firework for the Commander's sake.

While Basti is usually aggressive and refuses to follow orders, she straightens her act when it comes to protecting the weak. In fact, her name, derived from the Egyptian goddess Bastet, was given to her by children from an orphanage. While she longs to return to the Commander, she also feels she's not worthy of them, aggravating her instability. Her hobbies include collecting every related to the Commander, graffiti, crafting clothes and accessories and watching fights.

• The name "Basti" is suspiciously close to the name of the Ancient Egyptian cat-headed goddess Bastet, or Ubasti.
• Basti's appearance, personality and skills are themed around “Jirai-kei” (地雷系, lit. “landmine-type”), which refers to a person who gets dangerously mentally unstable during romantic relationships and a type of Japanese fashion.
• Several patches on Basti's jacket are based on her costumes in GFL;
