Background info

UE-921 is a custom-made deep-space exploration Doll line created by Svarog Heavy Industries Asia for the Ninth Heaven Space Project. The original model, Xinghuan (“Vast Star”), served to test equipment such as space-ready exoskeletons and small shuttles, hoping that they would allow humans to clean the many debris in low Earth orbit, while in zero-gravity and high Collapse radiation environments. Xinguan's performance was nearly perfect across the board, she passed all her test runs and eventually became the basis for the newer models of her series. It is unknown how she came to participate in Project Neural Cloud. Some say it was part of a technical cooperation agreement between Svarog and 42Lab, but rumors claim that the original project ran into unexpected variables.[1]
