Persica

Her full name is Persicaria (meaning "knotweeds", she has no surname). She was a former member of 90wish and specialized in the practical applications of doll weapons development and networking. During World War 3, she left 90wish and joined up with IOP Manufacturing to provide technical support. Later on she received funding from IOP and founded 16Lab, and the Dummy Network technology which she pioneered led to the birth of the second generation of Tactical Dolls.
She is a woman with a very lazy personality. She's slightly neurotic and has spent years indoors while at 16Lab. However, she's friendly for the most part. She is close friends with Griffin's leader, Kryuger, and she has fondness for and trusts Anti-Rain very dearly (Like a caring mother to her children), in particular AR M4A1M4A1M4A1. She frequently uses them to carry out data retrieval operations.
