This is a list of levels in Chapter 1 of Reverse Collapse: Code Name Bakery.

Prologue: Ambush

Story

As part of the war between the Antarctic Union and the URNC, the AU's MID department conduct Operation Bakery to deny the URNC an important Relic development opportunity. On December 18th, 2092 at 8am in the North Caucasus Mountains, Carl Mindefield's of Squad Fox 2-1 reports to Jevon of Squad Razor that Anderson's Fox 2-2 captured their target, "Bakery", and asks for Razor to protect them as they move to extract the target. Thanks to intel from an informant, the mission went smoothly as the AU forces could avoid URNC patrols. Carl placates the young Mendo, who's nervous about the mission. He compares him to his father Philip, who disappeared some years ago, but Carl hopes he'll be found one day. Half an hour later, Fox 2-2 fails to report as they're approaching the extraction point, and Fox 2-1's convoy is ambushed by URNC forces, who jammed their comms. Against Carl's orders, Mendo rushes to the wreck of their truck to get their satellite phone and break through the URNC's jamming to call for help from nearby TASA forces, but he's knocked out when the truck explodes.

Mendo has a vision where he confronts a strange girl controlling red organic growth in a Relic installation. When he comes to, he's saved by a similar girl who killed the URNC forces, but refuses to introduce herself as they run from URNC reinforcements, but Carl is nowhere to be found.

Act 1: The First Battle

Story

After running from the pursuing URNC forces, Mendo asks the girl how she can move like she knows where the enemy will be, and she replies she already experienced this situation. She reveals herself as "Bakery", the mission's objective. When they arrive at the evacuation point, it is overrun by URNC forces and armored vehicles. "Bakery" has a flashback to her sister Lige being killed gruesomely by a cannon shot, and remarks that Lige is not there and that the URNC must have discovered her identity and recovered her "this time". As she's about to depart, Mendo decides to keep protecting her as part of the mission and he receives a call on the satellite phone from the informant, Crane. He directs Mendo to the east, past a bridge that will take them outside the search perimeter the URNC enforced to find "Bakery".

Act 2: Sneaking Through the Snow

Story

Using a snowstorm as cover, Mendo and "Bakery" get past a village guarded by the URNC. "Bakery" asks how Mendo plans to move forward and link up with TASA at the agreed safehouse once they're past the bridge, and he correctly guesses that she already used the method he had in mind: hitch a ride on a Dolls-manned Global Rescue Foundation's refugee transport, an organization sponsored by MID. "Bakery" also modifies Mendo's Material Shuttle to bypass the remote authorizations and enable them to perform synthesis even in the signals jamming, pretending that Anderson showed her how to do it.

Act 3: Narrow Escape

Story

Mendo and "Bakery" infiltrate the bridgehead outpost, which is in high alert, and hack into their network to find the codes to the bridge's gates. But when they are about to cross it, the snowstorm clears up and they are noticed. "Bakery" destroys the bridge controls before they cross the bridge, then lifts it from the terminal on the other side, cutting off their pursuers. But on the other side, the way to the civilian convoy is blocked by reinforcements, and they are forced to take a snowmobile to make a fast and loud escape.

The first part is essentially a sneak tutorial. Once the snowstorm disappears, it becomes a combat map where you must first push quickly through the bridge, then weather the incoming enemies. One of the Commandos will have an accessory for Mendo's Python gun.
