Act 1: Shortcut[edit]

The Backpack Capacity of the entire team is upgraded from 12 to 18 at the start of this mission.

Story

After dying, Jefuty is brought to an esoteric world where a "shadow" accuses her of having destroyed the world. Jefuty is surprised that the "shadow" managed to find her even after she closed all the "doors", but the "shadow" claims to have entered before Jefuty destroyed all accesses. She also claims to be Jefuty herself, or her shadow tied to her very existence, and Jefuty calls her a clone. The shadow asks if Jefuty has "observed the newest possibility" but Jefuty rejects it as a kind of possibility that is nearly zero, and she refuses to share her memories in full with her other selves. The shadow questions why Jefuty is not choosing to "start over completely" and instead struggles at this spacetime juncture despite having divine power due to taking over the Nirvana Domain. She guesses that whichever possibility Jefuty chooses, the end of the world remains the same and she will return to the point where she is now. Jefuty refuses to continue talking with the shadow or indulging her wishes.

Time is rewound to Chapter 1 - Prologue and memories pour into Jefuty's brain just after she witnessed Lige being blown up by the URNC tank. Using her foresight, she easily takes out the URNC troops and the tank before rushing over to Squad Fox 1's convoy to save Mendo. This time, she plainly introduces herself and explains the situation before ordering Mendo to come with her to the TASA safe house. As they rush to the bridge in the valley in order to ride on the Global Rescue Foundation's convoy, Jefuty dodges Mendo's questions about her foresight. She correctly predicts Crane's incoming call and bypasses the authorization on his material shuttle. Knowing that they can't be late to the safe house or Jevon will call out the operation, Jefuty insists that they make haste.

At the bridge, she hands the bridge's codes to Mendo and, using the guard shift, they discreetly turn off the bridge's barrier and cross. They're detected near a building by a guard returning from his shift and have to run away. Mendo was eager to prove himself since he's been pushed around by Jefuty ever since they met, but even though he was the best long-distance runner in his class, he can't hold a candle to Jefuty's stamina. They arrive at the checkpoint just before the transport, and Mendo collapses Jefuty's Mosin-Nagant into his material shuttle and have her wear a cape so she can blend in. The convoy is led by the Dolls of Squad G62 of the 27th Rescue Team of the Global Rescue Foundation: Ruby, Abigail, Valmet, and their captain Betty. Mendo presents himself and Jefuty as Hurst and Lisa Lyon, members of Global Rescue Foundation Squad F201, pretending they got lost. Mendo's fake ID easily fools the outdated Betty and they are let into the truck, which is occupied by refugees leaving the contamination zone for Mineral Water City: an old woman, Dana, her young grandchildren Anton and Lena, and a man called Yuri.

Yuri antagonizes Mendo and Jefuty, accusing Jefuty of suffering from radiation sickness due to her white hair. Mendo intimidates Yuri when he threatens to report Jefuty to the authorities when they reach their destination, and Jefuty defuses the situation by saying she's an albino and calming the crying Lena. Dana informs them that the URNC has established mandatory checkpoints under the pretense of searching for ELID-infected people, while in reality attempting to maintain some presence to intimidate the local bandits despite their reduced military forces in the area.

Two hours later, the convoy reaches the Cherkessk Highway Checkpoint and Yuri becomes extremely unnerved as the URNC troops begin scanning the truck. The soldiers then order the passengers to exit the truck because they detected a heavily infected person onboard. Betty reassures the passengers that the Rescue Foundation uses special convoys to transport heavily infected individuals and asks them to comply with the search, but Yuri refuses to exit. Mendo preemptively gives her gun back to Jefuty and activates the Human Targeting Protocols on the Dolls, sending Betty to bribe the guards with Collapse crystals. The guards agree to drop the screening if they leave one refugee behind. When Mendo attempts to force Yuri out of the truck, his sleeve rolls up and reveals his arm is completely silicified from ELID, prompting Dana to chase Yuri away from her grandchildren with her cane.

Yuri attempts to run up to the soldiers to beg them, but they kill him by reflex. To avoid taking the downfall from the Rescue Foundation, the URNC squad leader orders to kill everyone on board and hush the incident. Jefuty tries to slip away and let the Dolls and refugees deal with the soldiers, but Mendo refuses to abandon them and Jefuty begrudgingly helps him.

Act 2: Unexpected Incident[edit]

Story

To enable their truck to move, the GRF troops must deactivate the locks set up by the URNC from the command room of the checkpoint. Betty sends Valmet and Ruby to assist Mendo and storm the command room while Jefuty, Betty and Abigail stay with the truck to protect the refugees. Mendo drops his pendant near the truck when he departs and Jefuty retrieves it. While Valmet and Betty are uncomfortable to be fighting humans, Ruby and Abigail are itching to use their guns since they haven't fought in a serious battle ever since they were called by their weapons' names. After Mendo's group fight their way into the command room, they join Jefuty's group and kill the checkpoint's officers, Aye and Ivor, before running away in the truck.

Mendo and Jefuty part with the Dolls near Razor's safe house, while the Dolls continue to deliver Dana, Anton and Lena to Mineral Water City. Jefuty gives Mendo his pendant containing his family's photo back, and he bitterly talks about his parents, who were always focused on their research and disappeared six years prior. The truck comes back when Betty realizes Mendo hasn't deactivated their Human Targeting Protocols, and Mendo also wipes their memories to protect them. Ruby and Abigail thanks Mendo for allowing them to fight again, and before they leave Betty reveals she knew from the start that they weren't GRF members, proving Mendo's assessment of their Neural Cloud abilities wrong.

When they arrive near the safe house, Jefuty and Mendo are faced with a multitude of traps set up by Jevon. Because radio silence is on force and they can't call the TASA forces to guide them, they must carefully navigate the trapped forest.

Mendo, Valmet and Ruby cannot be controlled until they reach the command post on turn 10, letting you focus on defending the truck at first. Note that a second boss will appear on the same turn.

The Dolls all have powerful abilities you should make use of. Use Betty's mobility to gather the grenades around the truck and stock up on traps, exploit Abigail's survivability, and Abigail and Valmet's AoE Ultimate Skills. Remember to use the Repair function on the Barbed Wire Barricade the game will tell you to use (not the Recover function, which will bring it back to inventory). Quickly deal with these reinforcements coming from the left on turn 3 to prepare for the onslaught coming upward starting on turn 5.

Explosives bypass the bosses' dodge ability. Avoid letting your units in a formation vulnerable to their cross-shaped grenade ability. Aye holds a weapon accessory for Mendo and Ivor an upgrade blueprint.

Act 3: Rendezvous[edit]

Story

After going through the traps, Mendo and Jefuty reach the safe house but Atena is defensive due to their sudden reappearance after they stopped responding to the radio, and the fact that Mendo alone managed to bring back the objective. Because Squad Fox suffered from an intel leak, she suspects that Jefuty is an enemy spy. Jefuty proves her identity by healing her knife wound and Jevon invites them into the safe house. Jefuty demands that they help her rescue Life from the URNC base and warns Atena not to use the tranquilizer she prepared to subdue her. To convince the TASA forces to help, she also reveals that both Lige and herself are test subjects of the GAVIRUL Project, and that the AU would want both fully-immune individuals on their side. She then warns Jevon that URNC troops will soon find the safe house, and he decides to relocate to a second safe house at Ika Mine to regroup with the rest of Squad Razor. Jevon takes Mendo outside to recover the traps, and privately asks him to keep a close eye on Jefuty, as he plans to blow up the tunnels in Ika Mine during their retreat so Jefuty has no choice but to evacuate, while Jevon sends TASA forces to recover Lige separately.

Map

A sort of reverse-stealth map where the goal is to navigate among traps in low visibility. Scanners can be repeatedly deployed and recovered within the same turn to clear the way and prevent them from being destroyed by turrets during the enemy's turn if they were place adjacent to one. Fog of war cleared this way will stay cleared only for the current turn.

You'll be forced to take either the top or bottom route due to the center route being completely covered in the turrets' field of view. Note that all menaces on this map insta-kill your units and that Mendo's Obsession trait doesn't work in this mission. Make sure when detonating traps that you're not on a tile adjacent to the head of the trap (by the way the turrets can't be destroyed by the trap's explosion). The tile were a trap was detonated will enter a turret's visibility range until the next turn. Beware of the Medium Turrets near the exit of the map as, unlike the Standard Turrets in the rest of the level, their firing range is bigger than their visibility range, so be sure to be concealed when approaching.

Remember that all items of type Equipment (purple) are automatically sent back to the backpack at the start of the next mission even if they are destroyed, so there's no penalty for using every turret, scanner and barricade you have to clear up traps. Trip mines also work but won't be refunded. Grenades can't trigger the traps.

After finding and detecting the suspicious building, the turrets at the top are the ones that need to be disabled: since the path from the bottom is blocked by wreckage, you can only reach the objective from the top.

The lower purple tile contains materials to make standees and is safe to reach. The upper purple tile also contains a weapon accessory for Mendo but is on a trapped tile. The two orange tiles on the bottom right part of the map are Parts; since only one unit needs to reach the end goal to clear the map, one unit can be sent to recover these items.

Secret Skip (grants an achievement): When both Mendo and Jefuty stand on the two L-shaped houses at the top and bottom of the map, all traps and turrets will be deactivated.

Secrets

Act 4: Night Raid Alarm[edit]

Training Simulation - Assassination is unlocked and normal visual range of the entire team is increased from 4 to 5 at the start of this mission.

Story

As they are traveling to the second safe house, the TASA group runs into the incoming URNC forces. Though Jevon estimates there is a good chance their second safe house is exposed, he insists to go there to resupply. Mendo noticed that Jefuty was apprehensive, and she reveals that she already knows about Jevon's plan to force her to evacuate. Disobeying Jevon's orders, Mendo takes her side, as he wouldn't abandon his family either. Jefuty shows him a photo he herself and Lige as children.

The photo was taken in 2084 by Professor Helena, during the GAVIRUL Project. At the time, the 8-years old Jefuty asked Professor Philip to add a bed to her room for Lige, but Philip warned that test subjects like Lige were unstable and might attack her, which is why Lige lives in a separate room equipped with a flamethrower. Jefuty reveals she already prepared her own countermeasure: a neural inhibitor to stabilize Lige's personality. Philip agrees to have the item made following her specifications but asks why Lige, a test subject with no remarkable traits, is important to Jefuty. Jefuty tells them on the condition that William never learns about it: Lige appears to have a "soul" unlike the other test subjects. Philip and Helena are skeptical, since test subjects designated G-214 “Noylu” are Shrike cells mimicking a mitotic specimen called the Progenitor, and share their consciousness with it. Jefuty insists Lige isn't a dummy for the Progenitor without her own consciousness, as she doesn't only exhibit the impulse to hunt and feed like the other specimens, but also fear around the armed guards. Jefuty invites Lige to play a game to demonstrate anther example, but Lige says Jefuty must call her Noylu because "she" doesn't like her to have another name and she can't hide from all the specimens of "her". Jefuty insists that she will soon free Lige from "her".

Jefuty's game involves the poem “The Cloud” by Percy Bysshe Shelley, which Helena had copied on the cover of a book she meant to give to her and Philip's 14-years old son, once Kämpfe arranged for him to arrive at the facility. Their game involved Jefuty telepathically conveying the poem to Lige, who should recite it out loud. Philip notes that Jefuty should not be able to share the consciousness of a Shrike mitotic specimen. This refutes the working hypothesis of the professors, and is the reason why she wants to hide it from William. Jefuty takes Lige to her room to give her a present that will "enable her to live without worry or fear."

Back in the present, Jefuty explains that she thinks of Lige like another part of herself rather than her sister, but that she couldn't keep her own family safe. Mendo says he envies her for being close with her family, but Jefuty points out that they must have been closer than he thinks for him to keep a picture of them in his pendant. Mendo explains Kämpfe is his foster father even since his own parents went abroad for their research project, and for this reason he hopes to convince him to sanction an operation to recover Lige. Crane calls Mendo to inform him that Central Command mobilized a large force to capture them at the Ika Mine, and Jefuty saves Jevon's life by shoving him out of a sniper's shot through a window. The TASA force needs to cross the open ground of the mine to reach the evacuation tunnel, and Jefuty volunteers to take out the URNC snipers.

This level takes place on the same map as Chapter 1 Act 5. Reinforcements will arrive from the bottom right soon after engaging the second group of enemies, and soon after engaging with the boss. Beware as the boss can move after attacking, which it will use for hit-and-run tactics, and reduce the AP of nearby allies if he defeats one of them. It will yield a weapon accessory for Mendo.

Secrets

Act 5: Struggle for Survival[edit]

Story

After fighting off the first wave of attackers, the TASA force reaches the entrance to the mine and detonate the explosives left in the safe house to deter the second wave. But as Jevon and Atena enter the mine, Jefuty stops Mendo from entering. Just as Atena is leaving the mine to check on them, Jefuty, who stole the detonator to the explosives planted at the entrance of the mines, detonates the charges, trapping Jevon inside the mine while herself, Mendo and Atena run from the enemies attracted by the noise. Once they're away from the enemies, Atena attack Jefuty, thinking she tried to kill them.

Mendo separates Jefuty and Atena when Jevon calls Atena and orders her to stand down, before talking with Jefuty. He comes clean about his plan and observing that the current situation serves neither of them, he offers to let Atena and Mendo assist Jefuty as long as she still agrees to join the AU. Jefuty agrees to meet Jevon's reinforcements near the URNC base, but then plans to infiltrate the complex without waiting, as she doesn't trust him. Atena points out that infiltrating the complex involves too many unknown variables when it comes to evacuation, so Jefuty suggests to draw out the garrison with a decoy before storming the undefended base. Atena warns that there is a contaminated quarantine zone inhabited by ELIDs near the base and suggests to hack into the URNC HQ to plant false intel from a nearby signal tower. Jefuty plans to draw the garrison on the cliff near the base, then jump down to quickly reach the base and storm it while the garrison is searching for them in the area. Atena offers to Reverse-Collapse a paraglider to make the plan work.

In exchange for her cooperation, Atena asks Jefuty why she kept Mendo out of the tunnel before blowing it up. Jefuty reveals that Mendo's parents worked on the GAVIRUL Project and were her own foster parents, and that she was responsible for their disappearance six years prior.

Map

This level can be cleared by surviving 14 turns or defeating all enemies (over 65 of them). Remember to use the turrets' repair skill. On turn 5, numerous elites, including an Elite Commando boss, will appear on all sides. The enemy Commander provides a buff granting all enemies nearby guaranteed critical hits but will not move until many enemies have been killed. The Underground Passage structures are useful for hit-and-run tactics as long as you remember that it costs 2 AP to step on the tile + 1 AP to teleport.

Secrets

Act 6: Approach[edit]

The Max AP of the entire team will be increased from 11 to 12 at the start of this level.

Story

Under the cover of night and a snowstorm, Jefuty, Mendo and Atena reach the Küie cliff to plant Atena's hacking chips in three URNC transmission towers. While Mendo is linking up with Jefuty and Atena, Atena starts the hacking and finds a backdoor apparently left by AU troops, making the hacking easier. Atena is unnerved by Jefuty's determination to save Lige, as herself was prevented such an opportunity in the past. They setup their distraction on the cliff above the base, but the URNC unexpectedly deploys a tank unexpectedly fast, which never happened in Jefuty's previous attempts.

The TASA troops are encircled and too far from the base to use the paragliders. They have no choice but to jump down the cliff into Quanrantine Zone K-03, a Red Zone contaminated area. Due to his ELId vaccine and radioactive decay barrier in his bulletproof vest, Mendo can survive in the Red Zone. While Jefuty is regenerating from a broken leg, Mendo reveals that Kämpfe had been keeping him out of field assignments He thinks it's no coincidence his first deployment involved connections with his parents, and asks Jefuty to talk about the project they were working on. Jefuty explains that Mendo's father, Professor Philip, was leading the GAVIRUL Project, which involved studying the embryo of "Noylu", one of the fully-immune "Three Goddesses". Noylu was devoured by a monstrous Shrike cell, who created multiple clone of herself and went on a rampage. The Shrike possess a core mind, the Progenitor, which controls mitotic specimens sharing a common consciousness, dedicated to hunting preys to feed the main body. Despite being a mitotic specimen, Lige possessed her own mind, and Professor Philip created a neural inhibitor capable of driving the consciousness of the Shrike's Progenitor out of her brain. Lige could share her thoughts with Jefuty, and for this reason Jefuty wanted to protect Lige from Professor William.

Jefuty suspects that William is using Lige as bait to capture her, which is why mitotic specimens are deployed each time she tries to connect with Lige before entering the URNC base. After Jefuty's leg has healed, they walk out of the contaminated area while searching for Atena, using Jefuty's ability to "smell" Collapse particles to reach a nearby quarantine wall with purification towers. However, they run into strangely abundant flora and a bed of Epiphyllum flowers, dangerous flowers who periodically absorb and release concentrated Collapse particles. Jefuty receives a telepathic transmission from Lige who appears to be nearby, but Jefuty answers her reflexively and compromises their position. Atena then sends a distress call, in what is obviously a trap by the URNC, but Mendo refuses to abandon Atena and wants to take the chance to recover Lige without having to enter the URNC base.

The purple tile on the right is a weapon part for Atena, and the one on the left a Standee material that will require two darts to get.

Reinforcements will arrive from the top on turn 9 and patrol the top right part of the map. The mission will complete as soon as all three units have reached their destination, so no need to plan for an exit.

Secrets

Act 7: Hell's Paradise[edit]

The Max SP of the entire team will be increased from 50 to 60 and the Training Simulation - Defense will be unlocked at the start of this level. Jefuty acquires the costume "Standard Coat" at the end of this level.

Story

Mendo and Jefuty follow Atena's signal deep into the Epiphyllum field. They manage to fend off the URNC troops, but Atena warns that the formidable Werewolf Commando Team is in the vicinity. The Vice-Captain of the 3rd Detachment of the Werewolf appears after taunting them on the radio, and sends Lige to attack them. Because she doesn't have her neural inhibitor, Lige has reverted to a normal Shrike cells mitotic specimen and is under the control of the Progenitor. Atena heard of the Shrike from the Warszawa incident, and is furious to learn that Jefuty is trying to rescue one of the organisms responsible for the incident. Because of Lige's extremely fast reflexes, and since they don't have high-temperature weapons like a flamethrower that Shrike cells are weak to, Jefuty explains that they need to draw Lige into an Epiphyllum flowerbed and burn them with an incendiary grenade to release their Collapse radiation in order to silicify Lige's Shrike cells and reduce their regeneration rate. Once immobilized, Jefuty will draw out Lige's consciousness.

After the Progenitor has finished observing them and calculating its hunting plan, Lige attacks, with orders to keep only Jefuty's head intact. After repeatedly bursting Lige down, the TASA force doesn't manage to weaken her to the point of capture before the Werewolves encircle them. Atena is attacked by the Werewolves leader and recognizes her as Sugar, who also recognizes her and is surprised that she survived their previous encounter, unlike her sister. Jefuty is mortally wounded by Sugar's neurotoxin-coated scorpion tail to protect Mendo, and Atena uses tear gas grenades to create an opportunity for the TASA forces to jump down into the underground river leading out of the contamination zone. Sugar delcares that Captain Oleg will handle their capture.

When Atena, Mendo and the unconscious Jefuty exit the river, they make haste to link up with the main TASA force at the extraction point to find an antidotes to Sugar's neurotoxins. But when Jefuty comes to, she asks them to excise all the poisoned flesh and organs in her chest so she can heal faster. Using her experience as a field surgeon, Atena must performs the ablations while Jefuty is still conscious, because tranquilizers have no effect on her. When she awakens, Jefuty asks about Atena's relation with Sugar, and Atena explains that Sugar killed her younger sister and that she fought against her in battle multiple times. Jefuty wants to return to the URNC base and capture Lige while she's still weakened, resolving to use a more dangerous method of subduing her using her own blood, which is lethal to Shrike cells due to the experiments of Mendo's parents. Having bonded over the stories of their sisters and witnessed Jefuty's resolve, Atena doesn't try to object and gives Jefuty a new coat to replace the one damaged during the operation.

Map
First Phase

Make sure to keep as many turrets, RC bombs, barricades, and skill points as possible for the boss fight.

The two purple tiles near Atena's starting position contain materials to craft an tier 2 turret. All units on the field except Jefuty will take damage when ending their turn on a Epiphyllum tile (though this effect will be mitigated as long as there are enemy Medics present). These tiles can be destroyed by incendiary grenades, creating a tile with a hefty evasion penalty.

Enemy reinforcements including several elite will arrive from the top right on turn 8. Their Elite Sniper holds a weapon accessory. The Machine Gunner on the lower left also holds a weapon accessory.

Heal your units if needed before killing the last enemy, as you won't have an opportunity to heal before the boss fight.

Second Phase

This phase starts with a bonus preparation phase for you to replenish your items. Make sure to save there, since choosing to restart the battle will send you back to the first phase.

The key to this fight is to exploit the fact that the boss will always prioritize targeting Jefuty (access the Battlefield Information screen in the pause menu and look at the Battlefield Information tab to review the boss' targeting mechanics). Using Mendo, Atena, barricades, radars and turrets, build "killboxes" that will force the boss to step on Epiphyllum tiles. Prepare to deal as much damage as possible in a single turn: deploy your turrets and plant your RC bombs in advance. Use Mondo's ultimate skill to maximize turret damage and Atena's Mad Bomber skill to boost the damage of her grenades. Use Jefuty's Support Fire skill to get an additional shot for each attack from Mendo and Atena, and use Jefuty's ultimate skill for healing and damage boost.

The boss will heal to full health one time, clearing its debuff but refunding the allies to full AP. It will then target Jefuty or the next preferential target if Jefuty is out of range, preventing it from taking action while using one turn to charge a dash attack dealing two one-hit guaranteed kills. Turrets and radars can be deployed in her path to use up those guaranteed kills and ensure the target survives. Ideally, the target would have been positioned so the boss ends the dash on an Epiphyllum tile.

Secrets

Act 8: Dependent[edit]

Story

While Atena went scouting ahead, Mendo is making his way to the URNC base while carrying the healing Jefuty. They rather easily make their way through, as the URNC forces are still searching for them away from their HQ. Since Jefuty can no longer reach Lige telepathically without alerting the Progenitor, she asks to speak with Crane for information. Based on her description of the bio stasis tank she describes, Crane points to a lab near the command center on the north side of the base, used by an individual Jefuty suspects to be William. Jefuty decides not to wait for the incoming Jevon and Squad Razor to keep the infiltration quiet. Atena plans to sabotage an electrical substation to shut down the perimeter fence and keep the guards occupied while Jefuty and Mendo enter the base.

Map

A Mica-style puzzle map. The only action any unit in this level can take is move one tile at a time. The only special mechanic to account for is that staying more than two turns on a Thin Ice tile will lead to a game over. The item at the center of the map is a hefty 1000 parts. Save often.

Secrets

Act 9: Hunting Game[edit]

The Max AP of the entire team will be increased from 12 to 13 at the start of this level.

Story

Following Atena's plan, Atena takes down the electric barrier of the base and enters separately from Mendo and Jefuty. After crossing the base, they arrive near the lab and Atena finds that a backdoor has been prepared for her to hack inside. She receives a radio call from Carl, who survived the ambush the day before and was carrying on a new operation on Kämpfe's orders. Carl is surprised that Atena, the strictest agent in TASA, allowed Mendo to put the mission objective in danger, and Jefuty explains her deal with Kämpfe. Carl mentions that Lige wasn't mentioned in the operation plan, but agrees to rescue her as a valuable fully-immune individual. However, they only have 30 minutes before the air raid he ordered on the base arrives.

Atena reports that she can't access the cameras inside the lab, which Jefuty takes as another sign that William is there since he always refused to be monitored. Atena heard of William as he's the acting director if the URNC Central Relic Agency, the creator of Shrikes and a top name on TASA's termination list. The situation looks like a trap due to the lack of activity, but Atena is willing to help Jefuty to save her sister, and to ensure Jefuty and her innate ability to activate Relics don't fall into the URNC's hands. Jefuty mentions that William wouldn't stage a trap using Dolls due to the trauma of having a Doll break his arm a long time ago.

Jefuty and Atena encounter no resistance or traps in the lab, and find Lige in a bio statis tank along with many other specimens. While Atena is working on releasing Lige, Jefuty asks her to tell her about her sister. Atena compares her late sister to Jefuty due to her competitiveness and perfectionist streak (though she admits that personality runs in the family), but her headstrong attitude led to her death at Sugar's hands. Lige suddenly breaks out of the stasis tank and kills Atena, and multiple mitotic specimens grow out of her to attack Jefuty. Jefuty kills the specimens with a knife coated with her blood, causing them to explode on contact. Jefuty attempts to calm down the panicked Lige, but she also runs her through with a blade-arm before taunting her. Jefuty recognizes that her sister's consciousness has been taken over by "β", who mocks Jefuty and calls her a copy of herself. Jefuty puts a gun to her head and β taunts her, saying running into higher dimensions is useless before Jefuty commits suicide. β leave Lige's consciousness, leaving her to grieve her dead sister.

Save at the start of the second phase of the mission as complications will pile up fast, the most notable of which is a tank with a perfect detection radius of seven tiles passing through the base once you've made sufficient headway.

You'll have an opportunity to tranquilize the enemy commander going down the left side of the base to get his security card, which is required to access the secret document.
