Her full name is Persicaria (meaning "knotweeds", she has no surname). She was a former member of 90wish and specialized in the practical applications of doll weapons development and networking. During World War 3, she left 90wish and joined up with IOP Manufacturing to provide technical support. Later on she received funding from IOP and founded 16Lab, and the Dummy Network technology which she pioneered led to the birth of the second generation of Tactical Dolls. | |||
