When the skill is activated, deal ($dmg_value)x damage that scales with Dummy-Links to all enemy units within a 3-unit radius while also applying a Tidal Mark to them. While the skill is in effect, normal attacks become slash attacks against the nearest units. Skill duration is 8 seconds.
Slash attacks against enemy units with Tidal Marks deal an additional instance of 0.7x guaranteed damage (1x guaranteed damage if Analysis 4) that can crit but does not scale with Dummy-Links, When the skill ends, randomly kill an enemy unit with a Tidal Mark whose health is below 20%. After killing an enemy unit in this way, stun all enemy units within a 2-unit radius for 1 seconds. Once the skill ends, all instances of Tidal Mark vanish.
