Thorn is a type of enemy unit in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium.

Thorn Type I

A bear capable of walking upright. Its skin is perforated by Collapse Crystals coagulated with dust, gravel, and dirt, forming a layer of thorn-like spikes. The continual pain it suffers causes it to lash out at everything around it.

Also known as: Thorn I. First appears in Campaign Stage 1-6.

Mishap Thorn

It's a Thorn that's even more savage and spiky than a normal Thorn. By the way, the thorns adorning it are not cute little pine needles like you might see on a Christmas tree. If you see it, run as fast as you can.

Locks onto the enemy unit with the lowest HP percentage within 8 tiles and enters the Power Up state. On the next turn, throws an Oil Barrel at the target, dealing AoE Physical damage equal to 90% of attack to them and all units within 2 tiles, and applies Hesitation for 3 turns. If the user is attacked by an enemy while in the Power Up state, they will immediately throw an Oil Barrel at the attacker.
When broken, the Oil Barrel leaves Swamp within 2 tiles for 3 turns.

A Thorn whose forelimbs are more mutated than others of its kind. Its thorns are also harder and crystallized, giving it more lethality when making close range attacks.
