Since on the To Do list it says you want to use the EN names for things does this wiki have the Special:ReplaceText function I have seen on other pages. It can be used to mass replace words like this Silencer>Suppressor here.

--- Whenever I have used it in the past it differentiates between changing page content and page titles, as well as letting you select which of each to do.
