Lore / Story involvement
Unlike the Nytos (涅托) from the 2060s, the new “Niters” (妮特) encountered by the Elmo in Eastern Europe in 2074 are weaker, show signs of ELID and rely on nanomachines for brain-washing. Niter No.249 was the leader of the “Dwelling” where the Unitas cultists assembled.[1]
