When receiving a buff, grant a buff depending on Lee-Enfield's position in the echelon. If Lee-Enfield is the echelon leader, increase the damage of all allies by ($damage_value)% for ($time_value) seconds. If Lee-Enfield is not the echelon leader, increase self rate of fire by ($rof_value)% for ($time_value) seconds. This effect can stack, with the maximum number of stacks equal to the number of allies on her tiles when the buff is received.
