Rifle, Forward-ejection, Bullpup (RFB). Gas-operated, tilting breechblock rifle developed by Kel-Tec industries, designed in 2003, several different variant of RFB entered production and began supplying the civilian market in 2008. While not having a contract with any military/policing agencies, the RFB is aimed at mostly civilian consumers/gun enthusiasts. Available in versions such as Sports, Target, Carbine and RFB-C (Canadian export variant, to fit the Canadian gun laws), differs in barrel/total length and performance.
As the name suggests, RFB is a bullpup configured semi-automatic rifle featuring the forward shell ejection design similar to the Belgian F2000 and the Israeli Tavor, this design combined with the fire switch accessible from both sides, RFB is fully ambidextrous. Designed to accept the metric FAL magazine chambering the 7.62x51mm NATO/.308 Winchester cartridge, RFB is capable of reaching an effective range of 500 metres while propelling the rounds at a muzzle velocity of 880m/s. Note Kel-Tec did not provide a factory default iron sight for the RFB, but users can mount any optics they wish on the top positioned Picatinny rail.[1]
I am RFB Assault Rifle developed by Kel-Tec, Kel-Tec's stockless rifle designs phrase was significantly long. Before RFB I was named SRT-8, I have a very special forward shell ejection and trigger mechanism, changing the usual low-grade product imaging of Kel-Tec on the market, after all special missions are only meant for pro players!
Commander you finally progressed this far... Hehe, don't think you've beaten the level just yet, the real game is just beginning♪ I'll tell you now, about the new game-mode...
While designed with a unique brass ejection, Kel-Tec RFB suffered major technical issues and received negative reviews. The RFB came under-gassed from the factory, leading to an inability to feed the magazine with the bolt stroke malfunctioning after shooting. The magazine, while designed by the DSA, was prone from jamming issue upon firing.[2]
In her chibi sprite victory celebration, her hair bun falls off, reflecting the real-life technical issues RFB had.
