What should we work on today, Commander?

Bounties is our task-tracking system, aiming to give more visibility to the contributions needed to complete IOP Wiki. Every contributor is free to add bounties and work on any bounty, even without an account.

New contributors should first read IOP Wiki:Guideline. To find more instructions on specific topics, see our tutorial list at IOP Wiki:How To.

For an overview of more general tasks not well-suited to a card-tracking system, see IOP Wiki:Todo List.

How to use bounties

  • Bounties are presented as a list of cards. There's one bounty board per game, see the links in the first section of this page.
  • Each bounty is presented as a card containing a link to the article to complete, and a description of the task.
  • The lifecycle of a bounty goes through three statuses:
    1. Active: The work needed has been identified, but hasn't been completed.
    2. Ongoing: Someone has claimed this bounty and is in the process of doing the required work.
    3. Done: The work needed has been done. This status will hide the bounty from the bounty board.
  • To add or change a bounty, contributors must follow the link to the board's submission page and make the necessary changes there.

Changes to bounty categories and other system-wide proposals can be made in the Suggestion page or on our Discord.
