Weapon Background

The CZ P-10C is a compact semi-automatic polymer-framed striker-fired pistol made by Česká zbrojovka (CZ) in the Czech Republic. The P-10C holds the distinction of being the first partially-precocked, striker-fired pistol manufactured by CZ.

Development on the P-10C began in 2014, with the design of the new handgun being focused primarily on self-defense and military use. The pistol was intended to serve as a direct competitor to the ever-popular Austrian-made Glock 19, and as a result the two guns feature very similar characteristics: namely, the use of a polymer frame and a striker-fired trigger setup. The frame is made out of a glass fiber-reinforced polymer that is both mechanically and thermally stable, while the slide is made of steel. The use of a polymer frame helps to save on weight while also making the gun easier and cheaper to produce. The striker-fired trigger system prevents the firearm from discharging unless the trigger is fully depressed, even if the pistol is dropped. Other safety features include a firing pin block which mechanically obstructs the firing pin. The P-10C does not feature a magazine disconnect, which prevents a firearm from discharging a round in the chamber if the magazine is withdrawn.

Character Background

P10C once belonged to a secret law enforcement organization and used various means to deal with criminals who evaded the long arm of the law due to a lack of evidence against them. After joining Griffin, she continued acting like she had back in the organization and secretly punished "villains". Her unique experiences have caused her to view everything through a judgmental lens. As such, despite her generous treatment of others, even her friends feel slightly pressured by her.
