Weapon Background
Rifle, Forward-ejection, Bullpup (RFB). Gas-operated, tilting breechblock rifle developed by Kel-Tec industries, designed in 2003, several different variant of RFB entered production and began supplying the civilian market in 2008. While not having a contract with any military/policing agencies, the RFB is aimed at mostly civilian consumers/gun enthusiasts. Available in versions such as Sports, Target, Carbine and RFB-C (Canadian export variant, to fit the Canadian gun laws), differs in barrel/total length and performance.
As the name suggests, RFB is a bullpup configured semi-automatic rifle featuring the forward shell ejection design similar to the Belgian F2000 and the Israeli Tavor, this design combined with the fire switch accessible from both sides, making RFB a fully ambidextrous firearm. RFB is a compact firearm, it have a 457mm long barrel while the gun itself is only 660mm long, weighting around 3.62kg, making it one of the most compact and light weight 7.62 firing weapon in the world.
Designed to accept a 20-round aluminum magazine, but it is also compatible with the metric FAL magazine. Chambers the 7.62x51mm NATO/.308 Winchester cartridge, RFB is capable of reaching an effective range of 500 metres while propelling the rounds at a muzzle velocity of 880m/s. Note Kel-Tec did not provide a factory default iron sight for the RFB, but users can mount any commercial optics they wish on the top positioned Picatinny rail[1][2].
Character Design
The second T-doll made by Anmi, RFB is a T-doll with a black and green theme. In her chibi sprite victory celebration, her hair bun falls off, reflecting some of the real-life technical issues RFB had.

Trivia
- Positive user reviews claims RFB may have a stiff recoil level, but the muzzle climb is not that high, repeating shots can be easily managed, it would actually make quite a decent 7.62 firing DMR according to it's shooters. There are some negative reviews stating the RFB came under-gassed from the factory, leading to an inability to feed the magazine with the bolt stroke malfunctioning after shooting. The magazine also had some issues, while designed by the DSA, was prone from jamming issue upon firing. Once the reviewer identified, isolated and fixed these problems, the weapon ran dependably well.[2]
- RFB's in-game skill is likely a reference to its positive reviews regarding possible effective use as a DMR as well as the rifle itself being chambered in 7.62, a round that is more commonly used by snipers and designated marksmen. The costume "RFB Steals Christmas", RFB actually crouch down and aims carefully on skill activation.
