Panzerbüchse 39 (German: "tank hunting rifle model 39") was a portable, lightweight anti-tank rifle that served the Third Reich during the Second World War. Development of infantry anti-armor weaponry started during the First World War after the first "Tanks" appeared on the battlefield, with the Mauser 1918 T-Gewehr achieving moderate success against the newly invented British armor fighting vehicles. However following the loss of the war and the signing of the Treaty of Versailles, Germany halted further development into anti-armor weapons. This was until the Nazi Party came to power in the 1930s, when development of anti-armor weaponry resumed. Dipl.-Ing. (certified engineer) B. Brauer at Gustloff Werke in Suhl designed the PzB38, predecessor of PzB39.
The PzB39 is a falling-block action single shot rifle chambered for the 7.92x94mm Patronen cartridge, able to propel the bullet at a muzzle velocity of 1210 m/s, covering an effective range of 300 metres. Featuring the same designs and operated in the same way as it's predecessor PzB38, the recoiling barrel exposes the breech, ejecting empty shells after each shot. The breech block was then arrested in the rear position, remaining opened for the operator to insert a new cartridge. PzB39's performance was more or less the same as the 38. A few differences would distinguish PzB39 from a PzB38 model, such as increased barrel length, reduced total mass and two cases containing 10 rounds each added near the weapon's breech. Note that these are not feeding magazines, they merely serves to improve practical rate of fires, operation of the rifle is still single shot breech reload.
A few PzB39 units were produced at the beginning of the war and saw action during the invasion of Poland. Following this, a large quantity of PzB39s were produced before the invasion of the USSR, though production would cease on November 1941 with 39,232 units produced. PzB39 served until 1944, finding itself struggling to penetrate the heavier armored Soviet tanks and replaced by cheaper and better alternatives such as the Panzerfaust and the Panzerschreck

Design

The first T-doll drawn by nineo, a tall and slim T-doll well exceeds 160cm of height featuring long straight black hair and red pupils, introduced right before Operation Deep Dive. Presenting herself as a very formally dressed character, rumours claims her outfit is made with the highest quality materials and likely to cost a fortune. She also have several tattoo designs on various part of her body such as on her right thighs and right biceps.
As T-doll with some degree of manly handsomeness, PzB was chosen as part of the Princes' Frontline group, as one of the motorbike riders (The other one is MG AEK-999AEK-999AEK-999). The new "Prince Charming" on her "Red Horse" captured the heart of many Commanders with her biker's outfit, red tint aviator shades and the unicorn helmet.
Costume Burst Rider's character sprite have an incorrectly placed ammo box, PzB39 does not have a mounting position for the ammo boxes on the front of the weapon, instead it should be located towards the rear of the weapon like it how it is shown on the costume's damage art.
Personality
Formally dressed, not quite a formally spoken character, PzB has this easy going personality, she is easy to get along with for most T-dolls. She has the tendency to over look small details in life, with her easy attitude even with the Commander, she may appear to be slightly disrespectful towards her commanding officer in the eye of the other. PzB is very strict when it comes to outfitting herself, she even remind the Commander to be careful with her outfits on several occasions.
In-game
The first T-doll to feature the piercing charged shot ability, her skill aims at the further target away from her, the shot penetrates and damages all enemy units along the path.

Costume story: Burst Rider
PzB was ordered to escort the Commander as her assignment, this was also an opportunity for the Commander to understand his/her subordinate better.
G&K received a work contract from the local council, in pursuit of the remaining terrorist who attacked the theatre, a small squad assembled together to sweep the remnants, all the Commander had to do was get on the field in one piece and command them. The Commander arrived at the G&K vehicle depot, "Are you ready to go Commander? Over here!", the Commander looked towards the source of the voice. It was PzB, but not in her usual outfit, today's PzB can be found in a biker's outfit, leaning on her red 50s style cruiser motorbike, the Commander suddenly got an uneasy feeling in his/her stomach.
"This is my private ride, isn't it awesome?", PzB claimed, resisting the urge of vomiting from the bike ride with MG AEK-999AEK-999AEK-999, the Commander replied: "Yeah... It's pretty cool, why, you are escorting me with this?", "Of course, otherwise why would I take it out of the garage.". PzB explained that Kalina informed her that delivering the Commander in military vehicles might alert the enemy on approach, but all the civilian vehicles G&K owns are being used, luckily PzB's bike is available, with a casual outfit, the two can reach their destination without raising alerts. The Commander cannot help but comment on what PzB considers to be "normal". "Whats the matter Commander, you don't like my ride? I'll have you know that it might not look extraordinary, but it isn't cheaper than my outfits.". The Commander thinks to him/herself, PzB might be a bit wild but she is still a reliable T-doll when it comes to combat, besides, she brought helmets with her, this bike ride shouldn't be as violent as the one with AEK... Right?

Five minutes later the Commander realised how wrong he/she was, "Commander, you're grabbing on too tight, you will damage my outfit!", the Commander hangs on for dear life, "That was just a lane change you won't fly off.", PzB refers to the jump she made from this lane to the opposite. "It's faster this way, otherwise we have to go around a long way.", PzB further explains herself, "Don't worry, it's a straight road from here!", the Commander's face turned pale upon hearing this. Shortly after the Commander arrived at the destination in one piece, mostly.
"What a hinterland, there aren't anything here, I don't think even the Ferri are interested in this place.", the Commander catches his/her breaths, "Oh dear, you don't look well Sir, your face is completely pale!", PzB realised the Commander is about to pass out, "Here, I have some water, have a drink Commander.". At this moment the Commander finally regained enough energy to speak: "You T-dolls, are you all wild riders?", "Us T-dolls? Someone else given you a ride before?" PzB inquires. The Commander told PzB about ride to the theatre AEK gave him/her, "Ahh right, I go out riding with AEK sometimes, I didn't think she was that wild.", PzB talked about how she always go out riding with AEK on her spare times, she exclaim that her bike might not look as fancy, but it definitely performs on part with AEK's fashionable sports bike.
"Feel like joining us Commander?" PzB extends her invitation to the Commander, "I feel like I will end up in the G&K medical centre if I take more rides with you girls.", "Don't worry Sir, a couple of special training sessions with me, you will be used to this speed.". At this point MG MG5MG5MG5 can be seen at the distance, PzB waved at the approaching MG5 and mounted on her bike, "Alright Sir, I will be going now, don't forget about our special training sessions!", the Commander staggers after hearing this, "Remember sir, it's special training session, it's one on one!". After leaving an extremely discouragingly handsome smile, PzB rode off the road and disappeared off the horizon.

Noticing ineffectiveness of PzB39 against the newer generation of Soviet armor, a variant of PzB39 named Granatbüchse Modell 39 (GrB39) was introduced, convertion of PzB39 units into GrB39s began in 1942. GrB39 features a shortened barrel and an affixed Schiessbecher ("firing cup") attachment threaded to the barrel used to launch standard rifle grenades, converting the would-be obsolete anti-armor rifle into a grenadier unit.
