Here's an about me and since I'm kind of new (at least editing wise, starting today (November 12, 2024)), this is going to be a bit of a test to get me to familiarize with this site and how it works. It will probably be messy.

Why I got into Girls' Frontline (and why I stayed):
Growing up with modern shooters, like Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Battlefield 3, the M4A1 became my favorite assault rifle/carbine. Due to the fact that I wanted to get into more anime-styled things, I remembered seeing a tactical looking anime girl with my favorite gun at some point. This was M4A1 (the character), and I originally saw an image of her when I was researching the assault rifle at some point. I remember I loved her design (in this case, the pre-MOD III version), going from the natural colors to the skull mask, the jacket around her waist, and overall tactical look. So I researched where she was from and what game it was about. Turns out Girls' Frontline was a gacha game, something I started to get into after trying Genshin Impact (my first gacha game experience). The actual gameplay of this mysterious military-styled gacha was a strategy game, which I was fascinated about since I enjoyed turn-based games and real-time strategy ones, among other types. All of these things compounded together on August 18, 2022, and a T-Doll commander (or shikikan) was born.
Getting into the actual world, as soon as I met M4A1, I fell in love. Besides being affiliated with my favorite gun, my personality and even clothing style is actually quite similar, a quiet, nervous wreck trying to do the best for my friends and the people around me, but I can get depressed, with a sort of cynical view of the world. Though, instead of a jacket, I typically wear a hoodie around my waist when I'm not actually wearing it. A similar case happened with UMP-45, AN-94, and Scarecrow. Despite the MP5 being my favorite submachine gun (and I do love the character here too), the UMP-45 is one of my favorites too (both weapon wise and character wise). I love 45's sarcasm, her jokes, her teasing and her two-sided personality—from teasing, cold aggression to her sweet, caring soul—but her lore is especially important to me too. Meanwhile, AN-94's character being based off the background of the actual firearm along with her timid personality bursting into a fiery desperation in battle, with the wholesome and sweet side she is outside of battle, really drew me in; very similarly to M4A1. As for Scarecrow, she's very polite (or at least tries to be, mostly) and chooses her words carefully. Actually, all of these are quiet and a bit anti-social, with both AN-94 and Scarecrow being subordinates that are extremely dedicated, especially to a member in their team, AK-12 and Executioner especially (which I realize are also the chattier, confident members of their respective teams). Not that the others aren't.
Besides that, from this, you can probably tell I like quiet types, hehe.
Regarding Girls' Frontline Project Neural Cloud:
Favorite T-Doll: Persicaria Other: Clukay
If I can edit this later, I'll probably talk about Dr. Persica and Persicaria.
Other facts: I took a few classes on English and writing in college, so I will try to help with proofreading and editing. I enjoy reading stories and writing from time to time, which if you got this far, you might be able to tell, hehe. Also, my main topic of study is psychology at the moment. I had an interest in studying depression, which is probably another one of the reasons why I like M4A1.
Things to add here later maybe: Persica, small theory about Mario and Princess Peach reference in early chapters, adjutants/secretaries, favorite music, maybe Arknights, lowlight.
