Artist name pinyin spells 'Yinfu', which is romanized as 'infukun', and it appears to be the English name the artist himself prefers to be addressed as.

Infukun was/is the Chief Artist of MICA Team, he holds the highest contribution amongst all the mentioned artist in Girls Frontline. On top of being the illustrator of a great amount of T-Dolls and their costumes, infukun also illustrated most of the background scenery in game, as well as NPCs characters from all factions.
