Architect
Have you already read the page about Jupiter Cannons? If not, i suggest you do that now.
Okay, now you have read it, you might be wondering who might have been so crazy to construct those things. Search no futher, because that was Architect! Architect is the boss of the Arctic Warfare event. She fights with a rocket launcher, and apparently she loves herself some explosions. This also appears to be the reason that she attacked the AR-squad and task force 404. Not because she hates G&K, but simply because she loves explosions. This is also why there are Jupiter Cannons all over the place in the AW event. She appears to be really kind, unlike Intruder, who only looks like she is.
