Lieutenant Dragović was one of the men in-charge of a 'final-stand' of sorts in the Isomer event. He assumedly died defending Belgrade with his men.
In a final line of communications with State Security Agent Angelia, Dragović states that 'she was write' about how every ELID infected individual killed by them bought time for the civilians of Belgrade. He goes on to state that his orders are to 'defend this wall', before telling Angelia to withdraw whilst his men hold off surrounding hostile forces.
