According to the official introduction on the release, M99 is good at learning new things. As a role model of good manner, she's also very aggressive. But sometimes she's stubborn due to her less social experience, plus she is extremely cautious about her pride and appearance, which would often lead her to funny and annoying situations.

Chapter 5 Night -
In night battle of Chapter 5, M99 leads SG Type 97 ShotgunType 97 ShotgunType 97 Shotgun, AR Type 56-1Type 56-1Type 56-1, HG NZ75 NZ75NZ75 to escort some supplies from a storage, which was attacked by SF, to a near by town. During the escort 3 members begin quarreling since they are all very hungry, and somehow old stories ignited their individual creed on food and cooking. Though they are interrupted by the sneak attack of SF, they still deliver the supplies successfully (The commander covered them for stealing a little bit of supplies to fulfil their hunger).
Type 64 Digimind Upgrade
In the story of Digi-Mind Upgrade of SMG Type 64Type 64Type 64, M99 is the leader of a temporary squad consist of some Chinese guns: SG Type 97 ShotgunType 97 ShotgunType 97 Shotgun, AR Type 56-1Type 56-1Type 56-1, HG NZ75 NZ75NZ75, and SMG Type 64Type 64Type 64.
