Weapon Background

AAC Honey Bader is a fully automatic short barrel carbine type PDW weapon developed by Advanced Armament Corporation (AAC) in association with US SOCOM units. Developed based on the AR-15 weapon frame, Honey Badger was intended to be a more suitable replacement for close quarter weapon systems such as MP5.

Developed with a standard M4 upper and lower receiver, it features a shorter barrel with a very short gas impingement system and tighter rifling pattern. Designed specifically to chamber the AAC .300 BLK cartridge, Honey Badger achieves a cyclic rate of fire of around 800 rounds per minute, while feeding on STANAG magazines of different sizes.

Honey Badger has a specially designed integrated suppressor, suppressor can be removed but firing accuracy will be drastically lower. With the subsonic cartridge Honey Badger fires, the noise generated from shooting is even lower than most similar products suppressed weapons on the market. The weapon itself does not come with any factory default iron sights, a long top positioned Picatinny rail can mount iron sights or optics, a bottom positioned Picatinny rail allows the mounting of accessory such as a fore grid. Also featuring an adjustable stock.

This weapon project has been shelved though, in 2013 AAC announced they are "getting out of the rifle-making business" and focus more on manufacturing of suppressors and related accessories. Honey Badger's intended service contract with the US SOCOM is now taken by SIG Sauer's MCX.

Design

T-doll of around 150cm of body height, slightly more tanned in appearance when compared to the other T-dolls, the badger pet she have with her is named "Betty".

Personality

Official character description would indicate that she is a brave T-doll, not afraid of any form of adventure, her problem identifying skills are worth noting. She is good at the bait and switch tactics, she uses her pet badger "Betty" as a distraction while she combats the enemies. Betty have a tendency to steal food from other T-dolls, which is a bit troublesome.

In-game

Fire power SMG, looking real strong with both her ability and the grid buff, sits comfortable in position 8 in an ARSMG echelon formation.

Story Involvement

Badger appears as a side character for the event Singularity.
