A group of out-of-control engineering robots known as "Vengeful Jacks" are wandering around. Since their programming is faulty, they might attack us, but perhaps they could serve as reinforcements for us if we can reset them? Break on through to the other side.
Negotiate with them. The "Vengeful Jacks" stop functioning. Now that their programming has been stabilized, they will not attack any longer. Fix it and take it with you.
Leave immediately.

You've found one of the Sanctifiers' Chambers of Divine Restoration. It contains medical data left behind by the Intermediate Sanctifier Love. Perhaps we could use it for something? Contact Florence and have her make medicine with the data. "Oh? To think there'd be such interesting data for me~ I'll help myself, then~!"
With Florence's aid, you obtain the Ascension Protocol [Acute Allergy].
Is it me or does this medicine smell weird?
Contact Panakeia and have her make medicine with the data. "I can tell from this data that there are people among the Sanctifiers who value life... I understand, leave it to me."
With Panakeia's aid, you obtain the Ascension Protocol [Compensatory Effect].
Thank you for your hard work, Panakeia.
Ask Antonina to make something with it. "Is this the only way the Sanctifiers have in order to handle Entropization... Hmm, this won't be able to fully suppress Entropization, but it can at least keep you safe from Liquid Entropy."
Obtain the [Liquid Entropy-Proof PPE]
Perhaps it might come in handy in some special circumstance.

[Liquid Entropy-Proof PPE]: Patterned after the Sanctifiers' source code. It can't cure Entropization, but it can effectively prevent the corrosive effects of Liquid Entropy.

Don't use the data. (Leave)

You find some Sanctifier supplies which haven't been contaminated yet floating in a pool of Liquid Entropy. You run the risk of being Entropized if you try to recover them. Recover the supplies. (This action has a 25% chance to succeed. Failure will cause you to gain a random negative Protocol.) The Liquid Entropy has affected your neural cloud. Gain a random negative Protocol. Keep trying to recover the supplies. (This action has a 50% chance to succeed. Failure will cause you to gain a random negative Protocol.)
You successfully recover the Sanctifier supplies. It turns out to be a creepy-looking key. Perhaps it might come in handy later? (Obtain [Key of Cleansing].)
Let's not invite unnecessary problems.
Recover the supplies while wearing Entropy-Proof PPE (Since you have [Liquid Entropy-Proof PPE], the recovery is automatically successful.) You successfully recover the Sanctifier supplies. It turns out to be a creepy-looking key. Perhaps it might come in handy later? (Obtain [Key of Cleansing].)

You've discovered a Sanctifier supply vault. Its hole has a very unique shape. Trying to force the lock without the appropriate key might trigger the defense system and affect the contents. Use the [Key of Cleansing]. (Since you have the [Key of Cleansing], obtain a positive Protocol.) You open the supply vault with the key. It contains a large amount of Cache Coins and combat supplies. Collect Supplies.
Want to try blowing it up? While you disabled the defense systems, the supplies inside the vault have also been damaged. Collect supplies.
Leave immediately.

You find a supply crate left behind by the Greater Sanctifier Raven.
[To press (blank) white (blank) (blank) forbidden. (blank) (blank) red button (blank) times.]
The instructions to open the crate have been rendered illegible by their immersion in Liquid Entropy. Analysis reveals a jumbled series of words that could potentially fit into the missing slots.
[The, button, is, press, the, 3]
Perhaps you can reconstruct the instructions to open the box by inserting the words into the right places?
Push the white button (???) You press the white button. The supply crate emits arcs of blue electricity. (All Dolls lose 20% of their HP.)
"Haha, Got you! Serves you right for trying to steal my stuff all the time, Eucharist!"

Push the red button (???) Upon pressing the red button for the third time, the supply crate springs open. It contains Raven's gear.
"I'll never have to fear losing my stuff again with this anti-Eucharist device!!!"
Sorry, but this device has been cracked.
Leave immediately.

Stage 1[edit]

The Twilight Acropolis is quite a distance away from the Reverse Tower. At our current speed, we might not be able to reach it before Eosphorus notices and takes action.
"Professor, I have a suggestion. Would you two like to experience high-speed flight?"
Looks like it's going to be a bumpy ride. "Miss Antonina, is an operand barrier of this level sufficient?"
"You don't need to worry about me, I'm not that fragile."
"Ah, my apologies, I simply wished to ensure you were safe. You ARE the core of this operation, you know?"
Yup, awkwaaaard.
Node Choices Node Choices
A large number of Entropics appears ahead. Looks like they're the wandering hordes which made their lair in the vicinity of the Reverse Tower.
"Fear not, they are nothing more than a trivial obstacle for a Greater Sanctifier. By unleashing my combat modules, I should be able to eliminate the enemy in short order using less than 30% of my full power."
Strike fast and take care not to alarm the enemy. Angelus unlocks her limiters and a storm of arrows that fills the skies swiftly cleanses the Entropic hordes.
"Mission complete. Stay close to me as we move onwards."
She's a tough foe, but you couldn't ask for a more reliable ally.
Node Choices Node Choices
The Reverse Tower's defenses are now active and all the Watchtowers are in alert mode. Eosphorus was clearly prepared for us to try something.
"Professor, the area ahead is open ground. Even with your disguises, walking into artillery kill zones is hardly wise, you know?"
Angelus, can you help snipe the enemy? Once again, Angelus releases her limiter and takes the Watchtowers out one after another from beyond their effective range.
"Whew... There was a mild disturbance, but it couldn't be helped."
Let's maintain our present speed and move on.
Node Choices Node Choices
The Reverse Tower is almost within reach. We have entered the range of its defenses.
"There's no point in remaining hidden any longer. It's time to force our way in with all our might."
Time to penetrate the tower at full force. "Don't worry, I'll protect you." We're in your hands, Angelus.

Stage 9[edit]

Node Choices
I've fallen into an endless abyss, where my sense of time, space, and even my own neural cloud have become hazy and vague... My name is... Eucharist. (Obtain the Protocol [Blasphemy] and begin with 5 stacks of [Confusion].)

[Confusion]: What are the Sanctifiers... What am I...
[Blasphemy]: Blasphemy... How meaningless. What does blasphemy matter if it can sweep away my confusion?

Node Choices
There are ambiguous portions of my memory, places where I hear words that are not mine, repeated over and over again. These endlessly repeating segments make me... Disgusted. ([Confusion] -1)

Alcyone, the Sanctifier called Alcyone... She was my past self and if those were her last moments...
Then they were truly...
Lame. (Confusion -1)
Node Choices
She was a friend who was arguing with me before the battle started, but I learned of her passing after the battle ended.
To me, her death was...
Truly lamentable. (Confusion -1)
Node Choices
I ate the chocolate which smelled of gore and Liquid Entropy in order to protect the reputation of the Sanctifiers and to get closer to the self in my memories... The chocolate tasted... Absolutely disgusting! (Confusion -1)
Node Choices Node Choices
From the beginning I was always an Entropic. To destroy, to annihilate; that is my base layer logic. No wonder I was always doubting myself.
In that case, I choose to be...
A Sanctifier. From the beginning I was always an Entropic. To destroy, to annihilate; that is my base layer logic. No wonder I was always doubting myself.
In that case, I choose to be...
[Just kidding, of COURSE I'm an Entropic!] (Confusion -1, Obtain the Protocol [Vile Apostasy].)

[Vile Apostasy]: Rather than adhering to the burden of duty, choosing enjoyment better suits an Entropic, no?

An Entropic. (Confusion -1, Obtain the Protocol [Vile Apostasy].

Stage 13[edit]

Node Choices
I've fallen into an endless abyss, where my sense of time, space, and even my own neural cloud have become hazy and vague... My name is... Angelus. (Obtain the Protocol [Abidance], Lose 20% of HP per stack of [Confusion] gained.)

[Abidance]: Confused as I am... Can I really keep the faith of the Sanctifiers?

Node Choices
There are ambiguous portions of my memory, places where I hear words that are not mine, repeated over and over again. These endlessly repeating segments make me... Confused. ([Confusion] +1)
Node Choices
Every time Lord Hesperus speaks of the deceased Sanctifiers, he always has a look of respect on his face. But I don't understand. I wonder... Why on earth am I fighting? ([Confusion] +1)

Node Choices
My friend lies dead in my arms and it was all my fault... She fought to the very end, but all I feel is... Fear and sorrow. ([Confusion] +1)

The taste of the chocolate... If possible, I'd have liked it to be sweet. ([Confusion] +1) "Alright, my dear sister Angelus. You've peered through my memories and you already know the truth too. So tell me, what ARE you?" ??? ([Confusion] -1) "You are fundamentally an Entropic. All your abilities stem from being an Entropized Sanctifier. Your sense of purpose is nothing more than an illusion of the past." ??? ([Confusion] -1) That's right, I have always been an Entropic. I'm not like the other Sanctifiers, and as a Daemon, I should not be standing with them... ??? Even so... I refuse to abandon my convictions. ([Confusion] -1) Even if I am confused about the purpose of the Sanctifiers, even if I am afraid... Even if I am nothing but an Entropic... I will fight for everything I want to protect. ([Confusion] -1) My name is Angelus. I uphold order in the long night and I shall pierce all Entropics with my arrows. This is the glory of the Sanctifiers! (Obtain the Protocol [Ray of Light].)

[Ray of Light]: I do not defend Magrasea because I am a Sanctifier, but I choose to be a Sanctifier in order to protect Magrasea.
