Overview
This event's gimmick is "William's Gaze". Enemies marked with William's Gaze gain 50% damage. When a player echelon kills an enemy with William's Gaze, it gains two free moves and a stack of William's Bane granting 50% bonus damage, stackable up to eight times for 400% bonus damage.

Plot

A familial tragedy, a life bent out of shape, an old accident, has impacted the entire world. Circumstances and fate are ever-changing. Two particles emerge from the event horizon of a black hole, meet briefly then rush towards their ultimate destinations. One remains to support an ideal, the other plunges into the singularity, without cause or effect. You now stand on the site of this fated clash, waiting for these changes.[1]
