Hannah, agent designation T1642, is the current administrator of the Rossum Sector and the newest generation of the Rossum Sector's home-grown agents. There is no official information on file with the Magrasea authorities regarding this model of agent and thus Hannah's individual characteristics, the special features of her neural cloud, and her field of specialty are a complete blank. The only thing that is certain is that she is capable of carrying out the duties of an administrator for a large sector.

After assuming the role of administrator, not only was order restored to the Rossum Sector in an extremely short period of time, but various production and research projects quickly got back on track. During this time, the sector maintained smooth operand flow. Once it established a working relationship with the Oasis, the scale of this operand movement increased further, and it is now regarded by the Traders as one of the most prosperous sectors in Magrasea.

Most sectors in Magrasea are presided over by an agent administrator who in turn takes orders from humans. Even in the extremely rare situation where a sector loses its administrator, the Sanctifiers will usually help to select a new administrator to take up the mantle. This is standard practice for Magrasea's agents, but Hannah has overturned those practices. Certain agents with particularly keen logic have noticed the significance of this exception from the regulations of Magrasea, but they are in the minority. Most agents might react to this transfer of permissions or the youthful appearance of the new administrator with curiosity, but they do not think about the far-reaching implications of this situation for the most part.

Leaving these questions aside, Hannah's performance is beyond reproach if going by results alone. This not only highlights her efficiency in information processing but also her tremendous creativity. Whenever she encounters a challenging obstacle in a research project or sector affairs, Hannah's response differs from the average agent; she does not choose to attack the problem head-on, but to find a way around it and achieve her objective through other means. Few agents in Magrasea have mastered this technique, but she has used it to overcome various issues and lead the Rossum Sector onward. Perhaps only the word "gifted" suffices to describe Hannah's astounding performance.

Ever since Hannah took over the Rossum Sector, one could say that life there was completely flipped upside down. On the one hand, she built laboratories and founded new project groups to elevate Rossum's research environment to the next level. On the other hand, she earmarked operands for developing the sector's non-research facilities and began installing the formerly-banned emotional modules in newly-created agents. Though it was believed that the latter course of action would deplete the sector's operand reserves, Rossum's operand flow instead grew by the day and its R&D efficiency improved further, thanks to the cooperation of the Traders and the Oasis.

However, Hannah did not throw the excess operands into trade. Instead, she invested them all into the construction of sector defenses. The reason for that was because their battle with the Sanctifiers had left a very deep impression on Hannah and made her realize the importance of safety and security. As the situation in Magrasea grew steadily more chaotic, she realized that the Rossum Sector would have to look to its own defense since the Oasis could only provide assistance.

Of course, not every agent supported Hannah's actions. Quite a few of them voiced their opposition to her after being outfitted with emotional modules. However, Hannah quashed these objections by pointing to the sector's operand flow. The young administrator remained set on her course, without the slightest bit of doubt.

In the minds of most agents, Hannah is a tall, formidable, and mature woman who storms in and out of places like a gust of wind—after all, her hardline methods and their impressive results are well-known even beyond the sector.

Thus, most agents' neural clouds tend to freeze a bit when they actually see Hannah. After all, seeing Hannah discuss serious topics like the development of the sector with her youthful face and her sweet voice tends to take them by surprise.

That said, there are times when Hannah does act a little more like her apparent age. When an agent innocently questioned an engineering decision she once proposed, Hannah did not flare up in anger or insist that she was correct. Instead, she locked herself up in her office to study the topic for three full days before emerging with a thoroughly-researched paper on the subject at hand. When she presented it during the meeting, Hannah held her chest high and her eyes were smug, which all left a deep impression on all the people present.

Perhaps they've forgotten, but Hannah was never an old hand, or an experienced agent; she simply had to give the impression of maturity because she had too much responsibility on her shoulders.

Hannah is the administrator of the Rossum Sector, but she isn't just its administrator. From problems as large as the direction in which the sector should develop, to issues as minor as an argument between two agents, Hannah handles all problems that come her way regardless of the scope or magnitude. Hannah easily qualifies as one of the hardest working leaders of the various major sectors. Her abilities have long since been acknowledged by countless agents, but rather than her abilities, these agents are more interested in knowing what exactly keeps Hannah going? After all, the next generation of agents were born after Hannah came into existence while the older generations had only just been fitted with emotional modules, so they could not comprehend the deeper meaning behind their fragmented memories. All they know is that what little free time Hannah has is spent in the sector's "Data Center".

There were agents who once asked the Traders, who are said to know everything, about the secret behind this. However, the price the Traders asked for that information dispelled their curiosity. This response was also a summary of their attitude towards the matter—if Hannah didn't want to talk about it, then they would let her keep her secrets. The price of friendship is very high indeed!

After the Entropic viral invasion, Hannah's interactions with the Oasis became more and more frequent. Through the joint efforts of both parties, the ruined sector's facilities were soon rebuilt. The Data Center was one of the most heavily-damaged regions, and at Hannah's command, it was also restored, unsealed, and opened to the public.

Whenever she visits the Oasis, Hannah doesn't put on any airs, probably because she can finally unburden herself of her role as an administrator and enjoy some free time. She accepts Willow's special interviews, tours the Oasis with Angela, listens to Bonee's interesting tales from the Medical Department, samples Choco's specially made desserts... if the young agents of the Rossum Sector were here, they would surely be surprised to see that the genuine smile on her face was exactly the same as the one on theirs.
