Rarely speaks, doesn't show interest in objects around her, reliable when it comes to combat, can be considered a mysterious T-doll. But secretly cares about her image in the eye of the others.
The 7.62x51mm NATO cartridge firing MG derived from MG4 would be the MG MG5MG5MG5, in theory this would mark the two's relationship as sisters, but however nothing of this sort was mentioned in the game, MG5 merely suggests their relationship as colleagues in the story line.

Special Delivery to Sector S09[edit]
SMG MP5MP5MP5 was tasked with resupply and Intel collection mission into the newly regained Sector S09, one of the intended informants was MG4. However as MG5 described, MG4 was part of a more important operation, her tasks were given to Taskforce 404's AR HK416HK416HK416 and AR G11G11G11 as part of a contract with 404. As a result the rum flavour ice cream AR G36G36G36 prepared for MG4 never actually reached her tummy.
