Weapon Background
One of the more famously known bullpup configured fire arms in the world, the FAMAS (Fusil d'Assaut de la Manufacture d'Armes de St-Etienne) selective fire, lever-delayed blowback action assault rifle designed by the MAS group (Now merged with GIAT Industries and formed the Nexter Systems) in 1971, with the prototype evaluation finished and the FAMAS entered service in the French Army in 1978. FAMAS is often referred to the F1 variant, since it is the model currently enlisted to service by the French army, though an improved G2 variant of FAMAS was made but it did not enter service with the French Army, instead the French Navy purchase a sum of the G2 model and issue it to their Naval Marine forces.
Chambered with the 5.56x45mm NATO cartridge, FAMAS features a 3-round burst in addition to the semi and fully automatic fire mode. Feeds on a 25-round proprietary magazine, FAMAS is able to reach a rate of fire of 900 rounds per minute, up to an effective firing range of 300 metre. G2 variant has improved rate of fire and range, added compatibility with the NATO 30-round STANAG magazine. Other equipment such as rifle grenades are issued to FAMAS users, the same barrel could also fix bayonets.
F1 model FAMAS rifle suffers from a few performance issues such as poor quality polymer parts, poorly made/used magazine creating malfunctions of the rifle on occasions, overheating issues with continuous firing and costly/long maintenance routine. The French army is currently replacing their servicing FAMAS F1 with the H&K made HK416F.[1].
Character Info
Design
A T-doll of roughly 150-160cm of height, different from most other T-doll art, FAMAS looks more active in her official art with her combat pose. FAMAS wears a long red overcoat over her blue dress and what appears to be pantyhose type stocking into her white boots.
As evidenced by the trigger guard and the straight 25-round magazine, she uses the original production variant currently in service with the French Army, the FAMAS F1. Although, the bayonet is incorrectly positioned under-barreled, where it should be above.
Personality
Official character setting for FAMAS states that she is a dutiful and professional character who takes all her work very seriously, she rarely communicate with others, no matter how small the task, she gives her all to complete them, and feels proud after completion. In everyday life she is quite easy going, with no intentionally hidden hobbies, though she still wouldn't interact with the others excessively.
In-game
Relatively high accuracy and rate of fire meant her default damage at early game is above average AR type T-dolls, unfortunately due to the B growth rating, at late game FAMAS' damage is not as high as the other AR type T-dolls, resulting in her grenade skill dealing less than ideal damage.
