C-MS Strategy Story Quotes Live2D

C-MS comes highly recommended as a SMG unit with her in game performance and beneficial tile bonus.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

It is highly recommended to use forced manual setting for C-MS' skill

If C-MS' skill is not set to force manual, she will switch her ammo type and bonuses by herself every second, this will have negative effects on her intended performance. Also due to the passive-active setting of C-MS' skill, the skill itself must be activated at least once for her to benefit from the active effect(s), if she entered the battle without ammo and/or ration, her skill will not be able to active and she will not benefit from skill bonus(es).

Forced manual setting is not saved in a player's friendly support echelons, using another player's support echelon that contains a C-MS unit will result in the supporting C-MS activating and switching her skill automatically, unless the auto skill setting is turned off in battle by the user.

  • CN/TW/KR client ver 2.0221, a work around appear to had been implemented with the current build. Tested as of September 2018, friendly support echelon C-MS did not switch ammo types by herself and appear to have forced manual settings toggled. However further testing suggests that perhaps this requires both the player themselves and the player who supplied the support echelon to toggle the forced manual setting on their C-MS.
    • So it is likely that players who do not own a C-MS cannot benefit from this effect.

Individual Performance[edit]

Skill[edit]

C-MS has a bullet shaped indicator over her head to indicate her current beneficial effect, blue bullet means evasion, red bullet means damage, amber bullet means accuracy

Another T-doll with one of a kind skill, C-MS features a toggled based skill, it switches her munition types and achieve different effects. With a 1 second initial cooldown, the skill can be toggled once every second. Setting and effect as following:

  • Sub-sonic rounds (colour blue) are default setting, which increases her evasion.
  • Spoon point munitions (colour red) is the second setting, increases her damage values.
  • Standard rounds (colour amber) is the third setting, which increases her accuracy rating.

Stats[edit]

C-MS' stats are considered above average, she boast the highest evasion attribute among all the 5* SMG dolls, the second highest damage and the highest accuracy attribute amongst all SMG dolls. She does lack the high innate rate of fire most SMG units possesses, as well as being relatively low in hit points when compared to other 5* SMG dolls.

Combat Performance[edit]

As a DPS unit

C-MS shows great potential as a DPS type SMG with her high damage stats and the permanent damage up skill, with the ability to mount AP rounds also meant C-MS is more effective against armored type enemies than all other SMG dolls in game. Further testing on DPS capability required.

As an Evasion tank unit

With the sub-sonic round setting she is able to maintain a boosted evasion rating through out the battle, combined with her high default evasion, C-MS is considered one of the best evasion SMG tanks in the game. Though her HP pool is some what lacking, each successful hit landed on C-MS will have appear more devastating with her being relatively squishy.

Formation[edit]

Tile Bonus[edit]

C-MS has the typical 7, 4, 1 boosting shape, provides 15% damage and 5% rate of fire to AR dolls standing behind her.

Affects Assault Rifles
Increases damage by 15%
Increases rate of fire by 5%
High magnitude

Boosting 15% damage to assault rifles is a rare trait to find amongst high tanking ability SMG dolls, C-MS has it, which is a great selling point for the T-doll and increases her compatibility with most AR/SMG echelons.

Flexible placement

With her 741 shape tile, C-MS can be placed anywhere on the front row and benefits at least 2 AR dolls, this means she can be easily placed within an echelon and contributes to the idea of flexible placement.

Compatibility[edit]

As a DPS unit

Further testing required.

As an Evasion tank unit

Additional evasion boosts will benefit C-MS and increase her chances of survival on the field, AR dolls with high evasion bonus tiles such as: AR AN-94Thumb button.pngAN-94 , AR ART556Thumb button.pngART556  and AR 9A-91Thumb button.png9A-91 .

Equipment[edit]

Slot 1

IOP T4 Exoskeleton

T series Exo-skele boosts the maximum evasion rating while having damage penalties, generally a choice for tanking SMGs.
Blank.png

IOP X4 Exoskeleton

X series Exo-skele does not have any damage penalties, one can make use of this equipment to maximize C-MS as a DPS SMG.
Slot 2

ILM Hollow Point Ammo

Equipping and upgrading this equipment will boost C-MS' damage output exponentially. However if one chooses to have C-MS as a tanking SMG unit, one can neglect this equipment slot and give the high grade HP ammunition to other damage dealing SMG dolls.

Mk211 High-Explosive Armor-Piercing Ammo

C-MS is able to equip AP ammo, this will boost her armor piercing performance. Though such bonus is not entirely necessary if C-MS serves as an evasion tanking SMG.
Slot 3

EOT 518

Holographic optic provides both damage and accuracy, the two stats that are vital for a DPS type SMG. The rate of fire penalty is rather negligible on a SMG doll, since most SMG dolls by default have above average innate rate of fire and the fact that many AR dolls are able to provide rate of fire bonus on their tiles. With this optic installed, C-MS' damage output will increase significantly.

PEQ-16A

When used as a DPS unit, night combat equipment is recommended for night sorties.

AC4 Suppressor

A suppressor is recommended if C-MS as a tanking unit, as it provides additional evasion.
