Interestingly, her uniform completely lacks any Nazi iconography, replacing it with German flag designs and GK symbols. === Personality ===

STG44 is kind, upbeat, and energetic. She takes great pride in her personal appearance (especially her hair), and spends an inordinate amount of time making sure every part of her outfit is arranged just so, often becoming visibly agitated if her outfit gets damaged. Despite the fact that her uniform is a clear reference to WWII-era Germany, she takes umbrage with the suggestion that there is anything but simple respect for her origins and appreciation for style behind her choice of attire. Her love of glitz is not restricted to herself; she often tidies up the commander if allowed (washing their face or fixing their hair) and she has a fondness for helping style other T-Dolls' hair and attire. One part fashionista, one part assault rifle, one part oblique reference to World War II, all in one easily-flustered T-Doll.

At a glance, STG44 is almost identical to the two-star G3 - her stats are negligably lower (about 2 points) by comparison, except for her HP, which is ''considerably'' better. STG44 is actually one of the toughest rifle T-Dolls, with an HP significantly better than many Legendary-grade AR T-Dolls. In practice, only AK-47 and FAL have more health than her, which helps keep STG44 in the fight long after other T-Dolls would've been forced to break off. As a result, STG44 works extremely well as a frontliner among the Assault Rifle family. STG44's other advantages over her modern cousin include a better grid layout and access to High-Explosive Grenade, which while not as powerful as G3's Antipersonnel Grenade, has a much bigger blast radius (making it better for thinning out packs of enemies). These traits make her good for fire-support echelons, which load up with radial damage effects.

* The Krummlauf, or curved barrel attachment for StG 44 was released during the war. Krummlauf has a sighting device to safely aiming behind the cover. Despite there's many version of the curved barrel angle had been implemented, only the 30° and 45° which entered the service. However, their durability is unreliable; 300 rounds for 30° barrel, and 160 rounds for 45° barrel. In addition, the bent barrel will make the bullet shatter and exit from the curved barrel with spreading fragment, causing shotgun effect and thus worsen the accuracy. Krummlauf was released for Infantry Version(I) and (F) for tank use in order to face off assailant approaching their tank.<ref>[[wikipedia:Krummlauf|Krummlauf for StG44]]</ref>

Weapon Background

The StG 44 (abbreviation of Sturmgewehr 44, "assault rifle 44") is a German selective-fire rifle developed during World War II. It is also known under the designations MP 43 and MP 44 (Maschinenpistole 43, Maschinenpistole 44 respectively).

The StG 44 was the first successful and widely produced design to use a new shorter cartridge, which permitted controllable automatic fire from a weapon more compact than a battle rifle, coupled with the recognition that most aimed rifle fire in combat situations did not exceed a few hundred metres.

By all accounts, the StG 44 fulfilled its role admirably, particularly on the Eastern Front, offering a greatly increased volume of fire compared to standard infantry rifles. However, it came too late to have a significant effect on the outcome of the war. Its lasting effect was its major impact on modern infantry small arms development, giving rise to an entire class of weapons borrowing the name "assault rifle".[1]

Character Design

STG44 is dressed as a member of the German Schutzstaffel, a notorious major paramilitary organization during World War II. She has many of the key components of an officer's uniform of that time period, including her coat and peaked cap. Interestingly, her uniform completely lacks any Nazi iconography, replacing it with German flag designs and GK symbols. Her outfit suggests a strong pride in her country of origin, but her reason for wearing it is almost entirely cosmetic—she likes how it looks, and her quotes indicate she works hard to maintain her flashy uniform and gear so as to always present a professional angle to her fellow T-Dolls.
