Appearances

Ouroboros makes her first appearance in Major Event Operation Cube and again in Operation Cube+

Gameplay

Ouroboros serves as the final boss for the Cube/Cube + Major Story Event, and is fought on stages E1-4 and E2-4. Her boss battle takes place at night, and requires the player to locate her prior to engaging in combat. This is subject to a bit of RNG, to the point where players where utilizing external sources in order to track her down faster.

Ouroboros's base form, encountered in E1-4, isn't too dangerous. But with escorts and distance coming into play, you will want to make sure you can deal enough damage to quickly deal with the mobs and close the distance to prevent taking more damage from Ouroboros herself. Ouroboros's skill will mark the locations of certain T-Dolls with a danger indicator before she drops missiles on them. You need to move your dolls out of the danger zone to avoid taking damage from the missiles. Due to this mechanic, it is highly recommended to bring ARSMG echelons into this fight.

Ouroboros's elite version, encountered in E2-4, now has Armor Piercing capabilities and greater Evasion. In addition, her skill covers a wider area upon activation and is much more dangerous. Despite her upgrades, however, your strategy for dealing with this Ringleader will remain mostly the same: avoid bringing slow T-Dolls into combat with her, and be sure to kite your units to avoid her missile salvos.

Sangvis Tactics - Ouroboros

Open the rear ends of her round floating cannons, then fire four guided missiles at the flagged locations, doing a total of 2x damage to characters on those tiles.

Weaver's Missile Salvo

Lock onto the 4 most distant enemies deal unavoidable damage.

Lore / Story involvement

An intelligent model of Sangvis Doll created after the Butterfly Incident. Possesses high combat capabilities, specializing in short-range assaults and defensive battles. Her AI is the result of an unorthodox experiment, where 100 AI were pitted against each other in combat simulations and death games until only one remained. Ouroboros is the sole survivor of this development program, and due to her experiences in the combat sims, she is a very intelligent and capable strategist. At the same time, her AI is very unstable and difficult to control. As a result of possessing an overwhelming tactical and intellectual advantage over other Ringleader models, she is very self-assured and conceited. But due to being such a new and untested model, Ouroboros has little actual combat experience and is too unpredictable even for her allies, which makes her highly dangerous.
