When skill is used in "Revision Mode", consumes up to 6 Focus stacks to increase damage and rate of fire by ($value_set1)% for 4 seconds. This use can still take effect even under 6 Focus stacks. [Full Marks Mode]: Shifts targeting to the enemy with the highest health. Consecutive attacks on the same enemy increases damage by ($fmm_value)% (Max of 3 stacks). Each attack in "Full Marks Mode" consumes 1 Focus stack, once all 18 stacks of Focus have been consumed, switches back to "Revision Mode". When skill is used in "Full Marks Mode", increases damage by ($value_set1)% and both rate of fire and accuracy by ($value_set2)% for 6 seconds. Additionally, increases damage received by 30% and reduces own movement speed by 30%.

Weapon Background

The Howa Type 89 Assault Rifle (89式小銃 hachi-kyū-shiki-shōjū), referred to as the type 89 5.56mm rifle (89式5.56mm小銃 hachi-kyū-shiki-go-ten-go-roku-miri-shōjū), is a Japanese assault rifle used by the Japan Self-Defense Forces, the Japan Coast Guard's Special Security Team units, and the Special Assault Team. It was never exported outside Japan due to its strict anti-hardware export policy. It is known in JGSDF service as Buddy.

The Type 89 was introduced to replace the Howa Type 64 battle rifle in frontline units.

The only variant of the Type 89 that is serving in the field is the Type 89-F rifle, which has a folding stock with the original Type 89 having a solid stock. The former has been referred to as the Type 89 Para. Issued to airborne soldiers, tankers, recon soldiers, armoured infantry soldiers etc.. The folding stock folds to the left side, not to cover the selector lever on the right side. The stock is locked weakly when folded, making it difficult to carry by sling in folded position.

Trivia

• Originally released on December 30th 2019 on the JP servers, this makes ^AR Howa Type 89Howa Type 89  the 2nd JP exclusive T-doll to be released in a server before the original CN servers. Like other Server exclusive T-dolls, she may eventually be implemented into the remaining servers at an undetermined date.
• During the 2020 January 25 ~ 26th basic construction rate-up event on the CN servers, ^AR Howa Type 89Howa Type 89  was mistakenly added to the construction pool during this rate up, however she lacked all forms of text and dialogue as well as not having any skill description. Making her effectively useless despite being temporarily obtainable, compensation mail was given out to players and those who managed to obtain her during said rate up were allowed to keep her. As of writing this, she has yet to be officially implemented into the CN servers.
