Reduces the movement speed of the entire echelon to 0 and creates a protective cover at all allies' current positions after 2 seconds. Allies under protective cover will have ($eva_value)% increased evasion and becomes immune to damage equal to or below ($dam_value) points, lasting for ($duration) seconds. Movement speed returns to normal after protective cover expires.
