On the outskirts of the Burbank Sector.
At a certain time, a certain dialog breaks the seemingly eternal silence.

System: [Detecting unknown visitor. Performing identity verification.]

???: Come on, come on, let me in… Even a former employee is still an employee, right? Please I'm begging you, verification system…
???: I've got Sanctifiers on my ass. I can't handle such a huge wave by myself!

System: [Verifying identity… Cyber Media Doll — Kuro. verification complete. Please enjoy yourself.]

Kuro exhales heavily, then steps into the sector.

Kuro: Haha! So long, patrolling Sanctifiers~
Kuro: Burbank Sector, the city that never sleeps in Magrasea, here… I… come…

Nobody responds to Kuro's exclamation. The agents on the street move past in silence. Some shoot her a glance, while others smile rigidly at her hurrying onward.
The once-bustling sector is silent. The neon signs which used to light up the night no longer shine, and no songs fill the air.

Kuro: Eh? What happened here!?
Kuro: Isn't Burbank supposed to be the pinnacle of entertainment and Magrasea's Sleepless City?
Kuro: Wait, wait! You, yes, you, wait up!

Passing Agent: Eh… eh!?
Passing Agent: Hello, what seems to be the matter…?

Kuro: How did Burbank end up like this? Isn't this supposed to be a mecca for entertainment?
Kuro: I heard they once even hosted a "NotREAL?" online concert here, what the hell is going on in this place?

Passing Agent: Ah… Are you a visitor, by any chance?
Passing Agent: I'm sorry, but Burbank has been out of business for a very long time now.

Kuro: Why are they out of business? Isn't the entertainment industry supposed to work 24/7 so people who want to rest will be able to enjoy themselves!?

Passing Agent: Uh… Be that as it may, humans haven't come by in a very long time…

Kuro: How is THAT acceptable!?

Kuro's angry screech echoes through the street, drawing looks of surprise from passers-by.

Kuro: Entertainment isn't the exclusive privilege of human beings! Even AIs need art and happiness; otherwise, you'll get old!

Passing Agent: You might be right, but…

Kuro: No buts.

Kuro meets all the puzzled states from the agents around her, then points to the heavens with one finger and declares—

Kuro: Without me, all entertainment is bland and dull!
Kuro: Time to bring the neon lights back to Burbank's night!
