Added the official names of the tiers and the icons for the Indicators.
Each level in the Frontline Protocol will require 30 Frontline Protocol cards. Each daily quest will net 5 Frontline Protocol cards and each weekly quest will net you 50 Frontline Protocol cards.
For $9.99, you will unlock receive the premium tier of the Frontline Protocol "Ground-Transported Supplies", which unlocks an extra Weekly mission, and most importantly, the "Additional Supplies" (the premium tier rewards of the Frontline Protocol), including notably the Basic Equipment Indicator at level 15, the skin at level 25, the Accessory Equipment Indicator at level 35, and 680 gems at level 45. More information on the free and paid rewards will be at the Frontline Protocol Levels table.
The Basic Equipment Indicator includes the following selections:

For $14.99, you will unlock receive the "Air-Transported Supplies", which inherits the same rewards for and benefits from the previous "Ground-Transported Supplies" tier alongside the icon frame, background, a Guaranteed T-doll indicator that randomly selects a T-doll that you have not yet received at level 45, and 10 extra levels to the Frontline Protocol.
After reaching level 45 in the Frontline Protocol, you will have an "Extra PricePrize" for each level you reach, which the possible rewards for each "Extra PricePrize" include:
